Fantastic spacious home-
6+ bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. Sleeps 18-20. Beautiful furnishings, hardwood floors, fully equipped.
The house is fantastic for extended family or friends to share. Perfect for weddings, Family Reunions or other large parties. 50 Yrds. to neighborhood beach and a short 5 minute walk to large public Menahaunt Beach.
Walk to Green Pond Boat yard and Public DEEP WATER ACCESS, and Green Pond Yacht Club.

Noise Level Ordinance in effect at 10PM. Must drive slowly along Dirt Roads (15MPH Max) Do not turn AC units below 68 or the units will freeze up.

Terrific house: quite large, light and airy inside, well-furnished on 3 floors, big well-stocked kitchen, great ocean views from the upper floors and the balconies and widow's walk, wonderful ouside patio leading to a huge lawn perfect for kicking a soccer ball around or throwing a frisbee, 5-8 minute walk to a nice beach, 5-8 minute drive to a really super-nice beach. The house easily absorbed 9 adults and 5 kids for a week. No complaints at all. In a perfect world we would have liked the house to be a little closer to town so that we could walk to get donuts and a paper in the morning or ice cream after dinner, but that's a very small quibble. Highly recommended.

A Week in Falmouth

Rental was efficient. VRBO platform worked well and owner of the property was very welcoming and helpful. The house was perfect for our family group of 17 people - plenty of beds and some very elegant bedrooms. The description of the property actually undercounted the bathrooms - there were six, four of them with showers or tubs. The kitchen was outfitted with all kinds of cooking gear, as well as plenty of china and glassware. And we much enjoyed the decks and patio, from outdoor meals to moon gazing on the rooftop. The house was a perfect homebase for exploring the Cape, and we went in all directions - from a couple of days in Provincetown to a day trip on the water out of Hyannis to biking around the Vineyard. Thank you for a lovely week and a great venue for a family gathering.
