Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and wood/stone floor.
Living room: With Freeview TV, DVD player and French doors leading to rear courtyard.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and wood floor.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachment and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity and bed linen included. Travel cot and highchair available. . Front and rear courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. On road permit parking (permit not included). Visit England 3 Star.. Nestling in the shadow of the ancient parish church of Kendal, Church Walk Cottage enjoys an enviable position close to riverside walks and the centre of this popular Auld Grey Town. Kendal has a vast array of attractions for the first time or returning visitor including Kendal Castle, the former home of Katherine Parr and a delightful shopping area, pedestrianised to create a traffic free shopping experience, boasting cobbled streets lined with an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and cafés. Only 10 minutes from the M6, Kendal, known as ’gateway’ to the Lakes, is ideally situated for exploring Southern Lakeland and the Yorkshire Dales.
This quintessential character property offers delightful accommodation for the smaller party with original features of flagged floors and feature fireplaces combined with modern day kitchen and bathroom. The seating area to the front is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco when our weather will allow whilst listening to the Ring O Bells (also the name of the nearby pub) just along the way. Your dog is welcome to join you here at Church Walk Cottage.
