Little Close is perched on the cliff above Lusty Glaze beach which offers guests commanding sea views. Only a short walk to the town but far enough away to offer some peace and tranquillity, the location of Little Close is first class. Better still, there are four beaches within walking distance, from Lusty Glaze, which is just moments away and visible from the garden, to Porth, Tolcarne and Great Western beaches too.

The generous front and back gardens offer the best of both worlds with sea views from the front and large lawned area to the rear, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Inside there is plenty of room to relax with the living room offering great views out to sea.

The well-equipped modern kitchen overlooks the garden and is a wonderful spot to whip a up a culinary masterpiece, or for the less adventurous, enjoy a morning coffee and chat at the breakfast bar. The kitchen leads to the conservatory which has a large dining table and additional sofa seating, with access to the patio and BBQ.

Little Close has three comfortable bedrooms with the master room offering stunning views as well as an en-suite bathroom. It’s a great room for a lazy morning and gazing out to sea never seems to lose its appeal.

With lots of little family friendly touches, such as a cot bed and outdoor playhouse Little Close is sure to be hit with families and with all of the attractions and eateries that Newquay has to offer close by, guests are sure to have a wonderful break.

We ask our guests for a £200 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Lusty glaze holiday

Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location 2mins from lusty glaze beach. Also able to walk to newquay for shops and restaurants. Very pleased. Loved it Many thanks

Anyone considering this property should be aware that the owners live here and rent out when they are on holiday. Most of the storage areas are securely closed and cannot be used by guests. The hanging space consists of a wooden frame filled with random throws, describe by LC as a wardrobe in downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom has a hanging hook, no wardrobe as it would appear there is a walk-in closet for this room that is locked and out of bounds for guests. The second upstairs small bedroom has 3 tiny dressing table drawers to accommodate 2 people (2 beds) the photos show one single bed to give an impression of space that doesn't exist. This bedroom does however have generous wardrobes, which, guess what, are locked and out of bounds for guests. The owner has provided hooks on the wall outside of this bedroom and a few hangers. There is a generous storage cupboard in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs which is locked with a sign saying owners property. Insufficient instruction provided, although the local contact, the cleaning company were easily communicated with to offer support. No fans and we were there with our young grandchildren Spring Bank Holiday week which was really hot. The small bedroom I shared with a grandchild was uncomfortably hot. Luxury Coastal who manage this property seemed to think it was not reasonable to expect wardrobes as they say the property description does not mention wardrobes. This is supposed to be a Luxury Holiday Home
