A 4 bedroom property that sleeps up to 8 people. Generously proportioned accommodation with large outdoor space and secure gardens. Panoramic views of rolling hills, farmland and a view of the coast and Holy Island. Ideal location for cyclists, walkers, golfers and those who just want to relax.

Situated in the pretty hamlet of Warenton, it's a short drive to Bamburgh and the local amenities of Belford. Twenty minutes to either Berwick-upon-Tweed or Alnwick.

In detail, the outside of the property offers a large driveway, enough for 3 cars and additional road-side parking.

The main front garden stretches along the side of the village road. Views of Holy Island can be enjoyed at the bottom of the garden from the decked area. At the back of the cottage is an enclosed courtyard which offers an ideal sun-trap during the late afternoon. The washing line and a charcoal BBQ can also be found here.

Inside, the cottage is spacious and bright offering a large dining kitchen which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchen table seats 8 people.

A separate utility room provides a large Belfast sink, an additional double oven, freezer, microwave and wine fridge. Beyond the utility room is a boiler room which houses a washer, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum. The back door leads out to the rear garden.

The large sitting room offers a place to relax in front of the wood-burning stove. The large flat-screen TV features Netflix, Amazon Prime and Freeview.

There is also a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with super-king bed, large flat-screen TV. Ensuite bathroom with shower

- Double bedroom with king-size bed

- Two twin bedrooms

All the bedrooms feature a chest of drawers and hanging space. Bed linen and towels are provided. Hairdryers can be found in the Master bedroom and the King bedroom.

The house bathroom offers twin wash basins, a walk-in rain-shower and a large jacuzzi bath.
