Villa Mar Alborán is the ideal holiday villa in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Situated in a quiet select cul-de-sac in the exclusive and tranquil area of Pla del Mar in Moraira. 5 minutes walk to town and 9 minutes walk to the beach.

This beautiful holiday villa is hidden behind hedges with a spacious private tropical garden and secured swimming pool. You will love this typical Mediterranean villa and enjoy having the choice of many different terraces offering both sun and shade. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet read, sunbathing, or cocktails at sunset.

The new refurbished middle floor is a great space for social gatherings and cooking evenings.

The villa is environmentally friendly with solar panels, heat pump and battery.

6-room villa 195 m2 on 3 levels, comfortable and nice furnishings.Sleeps 8 Adults and 2 Children. The villa is on three floors without internal stairs.

The middle floor (refurbished 2024) is distributed in hall, open plan living room and kitchen, TV, bathroom, two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Exit to glazed covered terrace with fabulous seaview (used as dining room). Exit to garden.

Top floor: (outdoor steps) bed room 24 m2 with bathroom. Exit to balcony with fantastic sea view and incredible sunsets.

Bottom floor: (outdoor steps), separate apartment with living room with open kitchen, TV and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. Exit to covered terrace from both living room and bedroom. Sleeps 2+2

Facilities: Air Condition. Free WiFi, Washing machine and Dish washer.
Reserved parking for three cars. International TV channels, in German and English on the ground floor.

Pla del Mar: Comfortable villa 'Mar Alboran'. 500 m from the centre of Moraira and 900 m from the beach.

Private: grounds 1'050 m2 (fenced), tropical garden, swimming pool secured (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Exclusive terrace furniture and deck chairs.

In the house: central heating on all floors (underfloor heating on middle floor). Linen change weekly. Room cleaning weekly. Restaurant 100m, Shop, supermarket 500 m, sandy beach 900 m. Golf course 5 km.

The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Safari Animal Park and Aqualandia Water Park are only 30 - 40 minutes away.

This was our fourth time in Moraira and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The photos are a very accurate representation of the property which is extremely comfortable, well equipped and with enough space for a large family or groups of friends. The pool area is great and the open plan kitchen / dining/ living area is spacious and very nice.It's a short walk into town taking only around 7-8 minutes so the location is excellent and the area is very quiet and safe.

Great villa only issue nowhere to leave luggage had to vacate the property at 10.00am and flight changed by Ryanair to 20.10. Would of been nice if we could of stored luggage even if for a charge.

Fantastic house - fantastic vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

We genuinely could not recommend this villa enough. The hosts were fantastic at communicating with us and so helpful, providing us with recommendations for transfers from the airport and places we could eat with my daughter who is coeliac. The villa is ideally located to the town and has the most amazing views. It was immaculately clean and Rasa, the housekeeper, was lovely, so welcoming and helpful. There were lots of things for playing in the pool and genuinely everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Don’t think twice about booking. It’s amazing!!!! X

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Family holiday.

We spent a week in this loveley house. Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler. We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened. The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

Our villa is perfect for holidays with family and friends. You are after a few minutes’ walk in Moraira were there are many great restaurants and good shopping. Our villa is located between the fantastic El Portet beach and the bigger La Ampolla beach so both beaches are within reach. You will not be disappointed.
