Newly extended from a three bedroom, to a four bedroom property, as of March 2025. Pencoys is a cottage nestled in Mullion, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including two 4ft 6 doubles, 1 zip and link and a twin, along with two shower rooms and one cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen and a living with woodburning stove and a dining room in the converted annexe. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric double oven and induction hobs, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, 2 x washer/dryer and 2 x dishwasher. WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed back garden with terrace, lawned area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.3 miles. Note: In the converted annexe, there is one step down into the space, and then one step up to the bedroom and shower room.
