Very clean and well equipped property, about 10 minutes easy walk from the beach.
Very clean and well equipped property, about 10 minutes easy walk from the beach. Ideally placed near the main road to Bempton & Flamborough cliffs, large Co-op supermarket short walk away, also bus stops. We happened to be very lucky with the weather - the hot & sunny few days at the end of June - & so could enjoy the patio garden. The only slight drawback for us was the parking (with two medium size cars), being at the bottom of a cul-de-sac it could be a bit tight getting on the drive.

Best self catering place we have ever stayed in 30yrs.
Best self catering place we have ever stayed in 30yrs. Quiet residential location close to amenities and shops and beach. Very clean, almost like new. Lovely beach hut styling, lots of extras, including dishwasher, and other cleaning equipment, games box. Comfy and spacious rooms all vert light and airy. Owner has understood the sun can be an issue on Summer afternoons, so reflective double curtains in the lounge. Only minor issue is bathroom basin type is very tight, suspect over tight rubber washer rather than a modern ceramic one.We would love to come back
