Located in the hills of the Montgó Natural Park, Casa Ladera is situated on a large plot with mature gardens, rest areas and dining areas in the shade, a full-size tennis court and a magnificent terrace with a pool offering spectacular views towards the eye of Montgó.



An excellent holiday home for families or groups looking for a quiet place to meet and relax, play and, in general, enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.



The fresh interior is distributed on one floor, in the centre a spacious living/dining room with a modern open-plan kitchen and a large dining table. The six rooms are cool and cosy, with bursts of colourful artwork, practical



Built-in wardrobes and all the air conditioning important for those pleasant summer nights.

**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Beautiful property with loads of seating areas and the tennis and table tennis were a great bonus The bed in the en-suite bedroom was very squeaky

The space, a big villa with space for everyone to relax. The pool, the different things to do, table tennis etc. Minor issue with the electrics but you were very responsive in resolving. Would have been nice to be a little closer to a restaurant...

Great location and Facilities

Large family Week break. The property was perfect in size with different areas to eat, lounge around, swim, play tennis. We spent 90% of our time outside. Good setting.

A fantastic holiday retreat

My family of 12 have just returned from this amazing villa, its internal decoration,bathrooms,kitchen, living room and outside areas are of a high standard that you would expect in a premium Villa. The outdoor spaces which include a massive eating area along with the Naya with excellent cooling ceiling fans was a fantastic place for us to chill out in the evenings. We was received with effeciency at Javier Holidays and that kicked off a truly memorable holiday.

Worth every euro!!!

Besides the property which is perfect and comfortable, the people at Javea Holidays are super friendly, professional, helpful and quick to support / respond to questions. Super recommended and will be going back in the future. Only thing I would advise is to have a bit more kitchen utensils like better knives (more sharp) as well as plates for kids (plastic?). Other than that, is all perfect!

Fantastisch huis met heel veel faciliteiten voor jong en oud

Prachtige vakantie woning met verschillende complete sportieve voorzieningen voor jong en oud (tennisbaan, pingpongtafel, jeu de boules, badminton, zwem atributen). Rond hele huis fijne en comfortabele zitjes. Erg schoon en goed onderhouden. Kortom heerlijk luxe huis waar we ons fantastisch hebben vermaakt en graag nog een keer terugkomen.
