About this property
Elsa House sits at the waters edge of idyllic Agios Stefanos Sinies
Agios Stefanos Sinies is one of the prettiest fishing villages on the island and is considered the gem of North Eastern Corfu with a few tavernas, coffee bars, mini-markets and yachts stretching across the front of the horseshoe bay looking towards the sea.
There are two beaches for swimming at either side of the bay, one just past the motor boat jetty and the other below the eucalyptus and cypress trees on the opposite side, both shingle with superb clear waters perfect for snorkelling. A thirty minute walk over the headland will take you to the lovely beach of Kerasia and in the opposite direction up to the beautiful area of Erimetis.
Elsa House is nestled in the heart of the harbour of Agios Stefanos. There is a double bedroom at the front of the property and a twin bedroom at the rear. There are two bathrooms, one with a half bath and one with a shower. The open plan living room/kitchen are at the centre of the property. The house is tastefully furnished to a high standard with all modern amenities including smart TV, Internet, air conditioning, hair dryers and a well equipped kitchen.
Elsa House sleeps up to four people and is on the ground floor. It shares its grounds with the above first floor property. Both properties are accessed through the front gate.
The building is surrounded by a stone flagged terrace, attractively decorated with plant pots of mediterranean plants and flowers. The property is fronted with a large wooden gate allowing privacy to enjoy sunbathing, dining, bbq-ing, sitting and relaxing.
On your arrival you will find a welcome pack including drinks and snacks.
We look forward to welcome you!

Agios Stefani’s is beautiful and so peaceful in the off season. The house was perfect and Victoria was very welcoming and quick to respond. Highly highly recommend.
The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome pack. It was perfect for our teenagers to meet up with friends in the local tavernas. Victoria was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
We had an amzing week in this beautiful appartment in the fabulous location of San Stefanos. Well equipped, beautifully decorated house. Our highlights were being able to walk 10 minutes on the coast path to remote beaches where a few boats and few other people bother to walk to . Beautiful clear water and fabuous fish to see when you snorkel. Victoria was super helpful when we contacted her. We also enjoyed lovely meals out here and our teenagers loved the late bars. A real gem of a place.
Quaint fishing Village vibes in Agios Stefanos Kissopi
We had 3 nights in Elsa House, situated in a most convenient location to tavernas, an extremely well stocked supermarket with everything you would need including daily delicious fresh bread and scrumptious pastries. It’s situated 5km off the main road in a very pretty inlet. Elsa House is a charming 1950 style home on the waterfront waterfront and perfect for a quiet few days. The host Victoria was very helpful allowing early check-in as it was a very wet day and also late checkout. She also left us a delicious little hamper of fresh fruit and cookies. The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s also conveniently situated on the ground floor. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here for 3 days when in Corfu.
The property is lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean and with two bathrooms (great for us, with two teenagers). The outdoor space is lovely but is shared with the apartment above. The village is stunning with its beautiful bay and tranquil water; we swam there morning and evening (make sure you have beach shoes as all the beaches around Agios Stefanos are pebbly). There are beautiful sunrises if you're up early and this is the quietest time of the day before the village begins to bustle. It's a busy village with lots of people hiring boats and dining in the tavernas; we found these quite pricey but there is a supermarket practically next to the apartment so you can easily cook for yourself. There are lovely beaches, with few or no people on them, within walking distance round the coast path and busier Kerasia beach, a five-minute drive away, with a bar and a taverna and kayak/pedalo/SUP hire, is really beautiful. You are also close to Kassiopi (we'd recommend the coast road via Avlaki beach) if you want a bigger place to visit and George Taxi to Corfu Town is fun. There are plenty of places to hire a boat in the village. We had a really lovely stay at Agios Stefanos, a fabulous place to celebrate my son's 17th birthday. It was lovely that Victoria, her husband and little son were there to welcome us when we arrived and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Victoria was always quick to respond to any queries both prior to our arrival and during our stay, providing us with lots of helpful information. She clearly takes a lot of pride in Elsa House. We're missing it already!
We loved the whole experience. Victoria was very friendly and helpful. The villa was in a prime location and a few strides to all the tasty tavernas. Great place for walkers to advance around the other towns, quite hilly but a wonderful coastal walk. We hired a boat for a few days so we could go to other villages, just simply moor the boat up on a pontoon and wanderer into a new taverna. Idyllic!
