A quirky property with a private slipway and mooring - great for setting sailing along the Kingsbridge Estuary and beyond.. Ground Floor:
Utility room: With washing machine, tumble dryer, shower cubicle and toilet.
Boathouse: table tennis, fridge/freezer and patio doors to slipway and jetty.

First Floor: With stripped pine floors.
Living/dining room: With Sky TV, kingsize sofa bed and patio doors leading to balcony.
Kitchen: With double electric oven, gas hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachment and toilet.

Second Floor: With stripped pine floors.
Hallway: With double sofa bed and pull-down single bed.
Bedroom 1: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twins on request) and patio doors to balcony.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request).
Separate toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Telephone - for incoming and emergency calls only. Garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Two balconies with outdoor furniture. Jetty, tidal slipway and mooring (at boatowners responsibility, 6.1 meter boats only, please leave as you find it). No smoking. Please note: There are low walls, unguarded slipways and direct access to the water in the grounds, therefor this property is not suitable to children under 3 and young children must be supervised at all times. This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. . Once the site of Evans Boathouse and situated in the centre of town immediately behind the Normandy pontoon this house was totally rebuilt in boathouse style; the subject of awards for architectural design. The property has a private slipway, jetty and moorings and has stunning, waters edge, uninterrupted views of the main anchorage and East Portlemouth.

There will be a linen change for bookings of 14 days or more. If not required please call the office.
Due to the architectural design of the property there are low walls unguarded slipways within the grounds of the property, therefore children must be supervised at all times.This property is not recommended for very young children.
Flood gates - The owner asks that guests ensure that the flood gates situated by the slipway are closed and locked upon departure.
Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards.
Towels are not included.
No children under 3 years old.
One or more beds can be linked to form double or twin beds (please advise the owner of your preference prior to arrival).
There is open water in the property grounds.
Between the 14th of October and 21st of October please be aware that the neighbours in the adjacent property, have erected scaffolding to repaint their building. This may cause some noise and dust between 7am & 5 pm Monday - Friday. The view of the sea will also be obscured in some places by the scaffolding.
