A modernised two bedroom house, converted from two flats a truly unique property.
Situated in quite communal area with a beautiful central grassed area with a fountain.
Property has a fair sized area to BBQ and relax in. Air conditioning is available in all rooms and there is a 65" 4k TV with full UK and rest of world TV channels including latest movies.
Internet is super fast 390mb download on last test
This is a small urbanisation with a mixture of residents and visitors ideal for families. 150 yards from the house is a very large communal swimming pool with a full time life guard during the season, access to the pool is through a security gate.
There is also a restaurant and bar on site which provides food and live entertainment during the season.
A short walk across the road from the communal area is a pharmacy and a large supermarket and a variety of restaurants.
A half mile away is Torrevieja Hospital a large new hospital with a full A&E facility.
The closest beach is approximately a mile away, there are numerous beaches within a short drive as well as shopping malls and a variety of Golf courses.
The main town of Torrevieja is a very vibrant place with a busy beach front with restaurants, shops and a fun fair and is definitely worth a visit, it is recommended a taxi or bus to visit the town as they are cheap and easy to get.
