This is a beautiful, light and spacious apartment finished to a very high standard. Built on an exclusive development of only 39 apartments, it is situated close to the Fontana Canal & Marina. The Arenal sandy beach is only a 5 min walk, where you will find numerous bars, shops & restaurants. The apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen including all appliances. The living area is both large & spacious with sliding doors leading to a large covered balcony with views of the Montgo Mountain. Each of the 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, bath & shower cubicle. The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded. The apartment is fully air conditioned with its own internet WiFi connection. There is also a blu-ray player & 5.1 home theater. The complex is both secure & well laid out offering a well equipped children's play area, children's pool & swimming pool.

Nearby areas of Interest and Tourist attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car to Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Baleric Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teulada.

Nearby Golf Courses: The apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

Getting around: Although it is possible to get to the beach, supermarket and restaurants without a car, it is strongly recommended for getting around in Spain. If you are renting from Alicante airport I would recommend Centauro rent-a-car whose details can be found on their web site.

Estancia perfecta

Alojamiento ideal para unas vacaciones en Jávea. Está ubicado en un complejo privado en una calle muy tranquila. El apartamento, muy amplio y con una gran terraza, está en muy buen estado. La piscina de la comunidad es muy agradable y con muy poca afluencia por lo que es perfecta para relajarse. No tiene parking propio pero no hay problemas de estacionamiento en la calle. A la playa del Arenal se llega andando en cinco minutos. A destacar la cálida bienvenida de Patricia, muy amable, que te hace sentir como en tu propio hogar. Para repetir, sin duda.

El piso está muy bien. Era tal cual aparece en las fotos. Grande, limpia, equipada con todo tipo de cosas necesarias para la casa y para ir a la playa. La piscina está muy bien, ideal para niños. La ubicación también es muy buena, a 5 minutos andando de la playa del Arenal. La comunicación con Mark ha sido muy buena, contestando rápido y dándonos toda la información. Nos mandó varios documentos con todos los datos y con información interesante sobre la zona: restaurantes, supermercados, etc... Ha sido un placer alojarse en esta casa. Gracias Mark.

We absolutely loved the apartment and location. The flat has all the amenties for a family which makes life so much easier. Swimming pool was fab and we spent hours in there and the location is excellent too with a short walk to all the main bars and restaurants. Mark answered all our questions promptly, gave good directions and assistance where needed. Thoroughly recommend it and hope to stay again. Madndy
