There is also a rocky sea facade a few minutes' walk from the apartment, excellent for diving, snorkelling and fishing.In the apartment itself, the furniture and decoration are of good quality, with colour-coordinated rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable and spacious living room. For the guests' enjoyment, the owners have carefully provided videos, books, cards and games, including chess.The apartment has two entrance doors, so you can enter from the pedestrian door to the garden and terrace or from the garage and parking at the back. A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest supermarket.The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 3 km away and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
