The complex is only 2 minutes walk from the La Greve beach and port area with its abundance of Spanish and international eateries. The sandy beach of the Arenal is a 5 minute drive along the sea front. The Old Town (Pueblo) is a 15 minute walk for a taste of the local history and architecture, a visit to the markets or a bite of tapas.
Javea is approx. 1hr from Alicante airport and a similar distance from Valencia so there are plenty of flight options. From Alicante there is a frequent shuttle bus service with Beniconnect or plenty of choice for hire cars.
With the port, restaurants and shops in such close proximity, you may find there's no need for a car during your stay.

Great location, everything we needed in the apartment was provided. Lovely to have an outside space with sun beds too. Comfy beds and lots of kitchen utensils, which is rare in a holiday let. Would definitely recommend and will be using again if we can

A comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area. The garden and patio were a real bonus, as was the easy pedestrian access to the port area. Ideal for both couples and families.
The house is close to both Javea Port and old town. It has good pool and sports facilities for guests to use and is kitchen is well supplied with equipment. Lots of things to do nearby and excellent restaurants and cafes for eating out.
Wonderful stay at an ideal property/location for myself, husband and our 15 year old son. Sarah was so helpful and quick to respond to us from when we first enquired regarding her property. Would love to return.
This area of Javea is supberb! The property is ideally located very close to the Port but also within walking distance of the Arenal- so you get the best of both worlds!

A comfortable town house, well equipped.
Nice court yard garden in the sun all day. This is a large development, well built and maintained. Despite its size it is remarkably quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful warmly decorated house
We have just returned after a fantastic week's holiday in Javea Port with all the great restaurants and bars. Sarah's house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with lots of personal touches.
The beds were so comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. We also loved the new bathroom with fluffy towels.
The garden was just perfect with so many seating areas for sun bathing, eating or just relaxing with a book.
We also tried out the indoor pool and gym.
We will definitely be back
Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Jávea. La casa de Sarah ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas, todo perfecto y en orden en la llegada y durante la estancia. Muy recomendable sin duda.
Sehr gut platziert in einer geschlossenen Anlage. Schönes Apartment mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Leider waren jetzt im Dezember und Januar die Pools nicht beheizt oder geöffnet. Super Kontakt mit Sara die immer sehr hilfreich war.,
Het huis was heel rustig gelegen tussen het oude centrum en de haven in. Een heerlijke tuin waar je prima kunt zonnen of ontbijten. Het gezamenlijke zwembad was een topper! Heel veel leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Great house for winter, good heating and part of the day the sun in the garden. Within walking distance to the port and beach. The house is simple but well furnished. The communication with Sarah was good.

The property was somewhat tired. When will our no damage deposit be sent. Checked with Sarah,.she says ,you deal wiyh that ????
Ubicación perfecta y equipamiento de la casa muy completo. La propietaria muy amable y rapidísima contratando y resolviendo cualquier problema. Muy recomendable
Would definitely visit again for some winter sunshine. Most places open even in December.

I live in London and like to escape to Javea as often as possible for lazy days by the pool or beach or a round of golf on one of the nearby courses.
