In a building inaugurated in 2021, this property has been equipped and decorated so that you can rent and enjoy a lot of comfort while staying in Funchal and Madeira.

With two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, this apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people, making use of the sofa bed in the living room.
The living room and kitchen (fully equipped) "open space" privileges the space and natural light, combined with access to a spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the sea. Here you can enjoy the sunset overlooking Cabo Girão.

AREA
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several international brands and movie theaters.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. Besides the nearby options, you can go to Funchal city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants.
Praia Formosa beach is about five hundred meters away from the apartment, perfect for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand.

HOW TO GET TO
The best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation application will easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer any questions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have a guest application with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
