Paignton View is a 3-bedroom house sleeping up to 6 guests. Located in the seaside town of Paignton, in an elevated position with views across the Bay.. Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Freeview Smart TV

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Smart central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed, lawned garden with sitting-out area. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on-road parking. No smoking.. As you enter Paignton view on the ground floor, the lovely open plan lounge/diner is bright and airy inviting room. With smart TV and comfortable seating, this room runs alongside the well-equipped kitchen with modern lighting. The dining area leads out into the conservatory which overlooks the pleasant lawned garden. A great area for sitting and relaxing with a book or glass of wine after a long day. The garden looks out over Torbay with far stretching distant sea views. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The family bathroom has bath and shower above and opposite this is the bedroom containing bunk beds, perfect for children. The two double rooms are just along the hall and both benefit from built in storage, for packing away those messy suitcases!

Paignton view is just a stone throw from the nearby Goodrington beach, with various cafes/restaurants, a waterpark and large green. As well as plenty of other small activities especially suited for children. The green is also a hotspot for dog walking if bringing away any of your four-legged friends. There is a leisure centre with swimming pools, gym as well as much more, just at the bottom of the hill from the property.

The property is situated in a great position for exploring Torbay and the South Hams as a whole, with the famous fishing town of Brixham just 5 miles up the road & Torquay 4 miles in the opposite direction. There are also the famous boating towns of Dartmouth and Kingswear nearby, to name but a few. Whatever the reason for your visit, Paignton view is a great holiday accommodation to base yourself from.

I found Paignton View to be a delightful property; clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. I didn't enjoy the hike up the hill from the beach with the kids and all their luggage, but I certainly appreciated the views that it's location afforded. The details provided on the property were a little brief, and I wasn't looking forward to managing 6 of us with one bathroom, but finding out on arrival there was a downstairs cloakroom was an added bonus which made things much easier.

On arriving house was beautiful,view amazing from conservatory.I thought doorbell was a bit unnecessary,felt we was been checked on.should have been in information about it in the house information.artificial grass not real grass should of been mentioned too.owner ask not to let dogs on larger grass area.Anyone with mobility issues please think twice.no grass park area to walk dog to.had to put dog in car each time because of the hills in the areas the house is.on 1/10 steep hills.our 12 year old retriever couldn’t get back up the hills.plus I couldn’t having recently had mini stroke.again in car to get milk etc,no local shop within walking without tackling the hills.nearest green to take dog was near leisure centre.and need to pay 1.70 to park each time.If you are very fit and able this will be fine but on maps said walking 25 mins to beach.that’s down hill but getting back up 😬 lot longer.House is beautifully furnished and bedding lovely ,and comfortable beds.it’s just not for us again due to area.Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
