The one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a two-seater breakfast table, while a dining table and chairs can be found in the living room.
The apartment is located in a residential building, so late check-ins are not possible - 2200hrs being the latest.
This is not a party flat. CCTV protected (cameras located externally obviously!).
Maximum number of guests: Two (2) for licencing, fire & insurance reasons. Extra guests are strictly forbidden and the booking will be cancelled.

We had an excellent stay at Susan’s apartment. Location was great - so close to city centre, it was perfectly clean, so well equipped including high quality kitchen utensils etc, very quiet, excellent info on everything including cheaper bus travel, and Susan answered any queries within minutes. Highest recommendation if staying in Edinburgh!
This property was clean, well equipped, easily accessed and very convenient for catching a bus. Susan was very good at communicating and was always available for questions and help about the area. I recommend this property for comfort and convenience.
This was an amazing stay! The hospitality and the communication was fantastic. The place is near a bus stop so we did not have to navigate driving in Edinburgh. There’s a store across the street. It was quiet. And beautiful. But most of all the host was incredible!
Susans place is super cozy and had everything one could need. The whole apartment was perfectly clean and the location so close to the bus and a 7/11 Store was prefect for our first visit to Edinburgh.The communication with Susan was super organised, professional and very friendly.Thanks again for everything!We will come back here for our next visit and recommend the apartment 100%!

Truly an amazing place to stay and our host is the most wonderful woman ever. She has some many guides to helping you see and figure out your way around the city. The apartment was clean and a beautiful place to stay. I 1000% recommend this place.
Lovely flat hosted by a very nice lady who kept us well informed. Nice and clean with plenty of space for the two of us. Situated a quick 10 minute bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh and opposite a well stocked Co-op.
Susan is an amazing host. She is very helpful and supplies comprehensive information. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. The property is very neat, beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all the amenities one would require. We had a fabulous stay in Edinburgh thanks to Susan and her efficient management and the lovely and comfortable apartment.
We much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The living room and bedroom were well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the downtown and Leith. We would definitely stay again.
Very nice contact, flat is very well equipped. The bathroom is freshly and modern renovated, the kitchen holds everything you might need and more. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood, You can easily reach a lot of different bus services. Highly recommended, if we come back to Edinburgh we will happily book again.
