Quiet hours: 2300hrs to 0730hrs. If you need to arrive or leave within these hours please be VERY quiet. Please do NOT book if you cannot be quiet.
The smoling area is in the front garden (not the back garden). Fire assembly point is at the Scotmid grocery shop - across the road.
Please advise us of any guests who have a disability which could potentially impede their evacuation in the event of an emergency at the property.
