We loved the property and the proximity to everything. It could have used more towels and toiletries, but the overall stay was terrific.
Wonderful location for the fringe and the Tattoo. Apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. We were there for 8 nights. As with all centrally located apartments in older cities the place is not large, but you shouldn’t be spending much time inside anyway.

A perfect place to stay.Grassmarket was central to everything in Edinburgh. Just a short walk to the castle, Greyfriars churchyard, Royal Mile etc. Plenty of pubs and restaurants right outside the door. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed.Roomy apartment with every facility. Even had a washing macine! Easy self-access. Would recommend and would stay again.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the apartment and the brilliant Grassmarket location — it really is ideal for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer. Great to know you found everything comfortable and well-equipped, and that self check-in was smooth. We'd be absolutely delighted to welcome you back anytime!
We wanted somewhere central and this is right at the end of the Grassmarket in the Old town, brilliant location. It is pretty compact but actually has everything you need even a washer drier which we didn't need but I can see you might! The instructions were comprehensive and the place was clean and tidy. Highly recommend based on value and location.
This second story walk up is set right in the middle of Grassmarket. It is well maintained and clean. Management responds to any and all questions. You are really in the heart of Edinburgh, I would highly recommend this location. Our only challenge at first was finding it. The entrance to the apartment is in a courtyard so you have to walk down a Close to get to the door. Just look for the Pink restaurant .

Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment’s central location, cleanliness, and the responsiveness of our team. We note your comment regarding finding the entrance; this is included in the check-in information, which guides guests to the courtyard and door. We would be delighted to welcome you again.
Location was super great! It is in the heart of The Grass Market…beautiful scenery and lots of action. Easy access in and out of the property. The bed was a bit small for us, but we are used to sleeping in a king size bed.
My sister and I traveled to Edinburgh from the States
The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect
We enjoyed exploring Edinburgh on foot and the location allowed us to easily access all of our must see activities
The apartment itself was very nice however a few things to consider, the location is right above and beside restaurants . So you guessed it.. extremely loud partying especially on Friday and Saturday night! Screaming , bottles breaking and partying until 4:00 in the morning, !
So if you don’t mind being awake most of the night then this is a great spot . Another thing to consider is the sofa and beds are VERY firm and after 8+ hrs on hard surfaces a firm mattress is brutal!
Doors to the exterior and exterior are VERY heavy .
I’m not sure if the pluses out weigh the negatives but our stay was memorable even if we got no sleep and out backs are out .

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are glad you enjoyed exploring Edinburgh. While noise can sometimes be an issue at city centre locations we are glad you made the most of the central location. Thank you for your feedback on the mattresses. While we appreciate this can be down to personal preference, we will forward your comments to the Property Owner for consideration. We hope to welcome you again soon!
