The location is great. And the service is excellent. It's bit pricey, but worth for it. If the pool will open earlier (such as 9:30), it will be great.

The best as usual

Friendly stuff, clean room, nice location and more. Simply the best accommodation in Calpe. One of the elevator was out of service for a long time. It would be great if it's fixed right away.

Good offer for short stay - very close to the beach and numerous restaurants, comfortable and modern apartment in spite of minor defects caused by previous guests. 1. Time period for key collection at weekend too short 2. Size of fridge not enough on our experience

It's good

Having help from the office eg printing, and receipt of a parcel. Also a new kettle, spatula, blankets and spare pillows arrived very quickly when asked for. When we checked in at the office we were not asked if we wanted a second set of keys. Also carparking was not mentioned. I think we should have had a car park space. The bed sheets are a bit small for the beds. The kitchen knives (apart from the bread knife) are poor quality.

Calpe Rent und Hippokampos

Der Umzug von App 25B auf 29B war sehr gut vorbereitet und ohne Probleme möglich. Die Aussicht von dort auf Meer und Promenade war traumhaft schön mit malerischen Sonnenauf- und Untergängen! Nach kurzer Info, dass unser Fernseher kein deutsches Programm hatte, war innnerhalb einer Stunde ein Techniker da, der uns alle Programme einstellte, sodass wir alle in deutsch empfangen konnten! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle perfekt und freundlich. Das Öffnen des Hallenbades mit dem Super SPA zum 1.Oktober ist super! Die Sonnenschirme am Pool sollten nicht so früh abgezogen werden, da die Sonne noch sehr intensiv war.

La limpieza, variedad de utensilios de cocina, terraza amplia y espectaculares vistas a la playa.portal muy limpio también y piscina agradable El aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar el segundo día y aunque teníamos plaza de párking asignada en una ocasión estuvo ocupada por otro coche, lo que nos supuso un inconveniente cuando llegamos un día por la noche

Die gute Lage, der wunderschöne Ausblick, hervorragend ist auch das Spa Bad. Der Büroservice war hervorragend. Wenn es ein Problem gab, wurde sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die Außenanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Küchenschränke könnten mehr gefüllt sein ( Besteck und Unterteller ). Der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein.

Valoración estancia en apartamentos hipocampos

La ubicación es inmejorable, y las vistas y cercanía a la playa son excelentes. Muy bueno el estado y funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos (aire acondicionado, cocina, lavadora y microondas). El sofá cama. Como sofá resulta bastante incómodo y, afortunadamente no hemos tenido necesidad de usarlo como cama. El frigorífico es excesivamente pequeño.

Muy buen apartamento

Apartamento muy bien situado y bien equipado. No realizan cambio de ropa ni limpieza al menos 1 vez por semana como en otros alojamientos iguales en la misma zona. El servicio de recepción deja mucho que desear ya que no están todo el día y además no nos avisaron de esta ausencia a la entrada en domingo por la tarde. Llamamos a los teléfonos suministrados y sin respuesta incluso habiendo hablado con ellos unos días antes indicándoles la hora de llegada no nos dijeron nada de su ausencia y de cómo recoger las llaves. Nos enteramos de cómo recoger las llaves por personas ajenas a la agencia de restaurantes de los alrededores. La persona, el conserje del edificio central estupendo, claro una vez que averiguamos que era el el que nos daría las llaves. Este es el único punto malo, por lo demás bastante bien Más comunicación de la recepción para con el cliente antes de llegar

Relax en la playa

La ubicación es excelente con supermecados próximos, tiendas, bares, restaurantes etc. todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin preocupaciones de logística. La vajilla y el menaje de cocina resulta un poco escaso. En ocasiones se necesitan más de dos servicios, por ejemplo tazas de desayuno.

Las vistas desde el apartamento y la ubicación. Los colchones estaban muy blanditos y las almohadas muy bajas para nuestro gusto.

Excelente ubicación con vista al mar y a pie del paseo marítimo. La playa muy buena y la piscina muy caliente. La terraza era genial tenia sol y sombra para comer y no hacía viento. El trato de las chicas de Calpe rent apart muy cordial y siempre atentas a todo. El ascensor
