Villa Atenas by Villa Plus
Villa Atenas is a delightful 3 bedroom property ideally located in Costa Adeje, within easy walking distance of a great selection of restaurants and bars. You'll also find the sandy Fanabe Beach just a short drive away. The villa enjoys wonderful mountain and distant sea views, and you'll have everything you need for a great holiday with your own private pool. The popular neighbouring resort of Las Americas is within easy reach by car. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Atenas is a semi-detached property set in the Madronal area of Costa Adeje. Just a 5 minute walk takes you to the Gran Sur commercial centre with bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The golden sandy Fanabe Beach is also within easy reach, either a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute downhill walk. The neighbouring resort of Las Americas is a short drive away. Our villa Teide Sol is in the same lane while Isotta is nearby.
