Modern apartment near the ski area

This simplistic apartment is situated in Brixen im Thale. Ideal for a family or group, it has a balcony for you to sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the surroundings. The house is very suitable for the disabled, the doors are wide, no thresholds and there is an elevator.

The nearest restaurants and local grocery stores are 300 m from the apartment. The forest and the lake are 5 km from the property if you wish to spend a day out in nature.

This apartment has a balcony for you to relish a lovely cup of coffee with your dear ones. Parking and a carport are provided in the premises. Basement, landing and ski storage are provided for your convenience. You can park your car for free in the parking lot P5 in front of the house and the 2nd car in the carport behind the house under the roof P5, please note that you are parked under your own number. The heating can be regulated per room according to your wishes by means of a thermostat.

You can check-in between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

Erg mooi appartement waar je echt van alle gemakken bent voorzien. Ook ontzettend ruim allemaal en erg schoon. Ook de wasmachine die we konden gebruiken was erg ideaal. Voor ons echt een pluspunt erbij. Ook ontvangst was super geregeld. Ze stonden ons al op te wachten en werden erg hartelijk ontvangen. Voor ons dus dan ook echt alleen maar positieve geluiden. Super is/was het.

Urlaub im Januar 2019. Leider mit schneechaos. Pisten gesperrt. Stromausfall... aber dafür kann ja keiner etwas. Das Haus, bzw. Die Wohnung ist wie versprochen. Sehr komfortabel. Sehr sauber. Der empfang war sehr nett. Nur die Fußbodenheizung war leider gefühlt kalt. Kleinigkeiten fehlen.. ein Toaster, kerzen für den Stromausfall, Größeres sieb zum Nudeln abgießen.. Etwas hellhörig ist es auch.., ab 400 wurde der Schnee geräumt und wenn die anderen Gäste ab 80 zur piste sind haben wir das alles mitbekommen.. Der bustransfer ist toll und in fussnähe ist ein bäcker, ein cafe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... . Tolle location. Sehr nette Leute.

Wat een geweldig appartement! We hebben hier genoten. Prachtige lokatie vlak bij skifaciliteiten en winkels. Hier is goed over nagedacht, zelfs de kleinste details mooie en ruime (3!) badkamers met heerlijke stortdouches, veel stopcontacten, goede bedden, mooie inrichting, zeer ruime eethoek. Wij waren hier met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (7 + 9 jaar) en hadden voldoende leef- en kastruimte. De kinderen waardeerden ook de Nedrlandse televisie programma’s. Idee zouden jullie misschien van zondag tot zondag kunnen verhuren? Dit scheelt enorme files en wachttijden, omdat alle andere vakantiegangers zaterdag-zaterdag doen. Samenvatting van onze ervaring Dit appartement is een aanrader!

Het is een prachtig appartement. Echt een aanrader. Ruim genoeg voor 9 personen. Keurige badkamers, lekkere bedden. Schoon. Goede keukenspullen. Je kunt zien dat er nergens op is bezuinigd. Er is een privé ski opberghok welke op slot kan. Erg prettig. 100 meter verderop is de ski bushalte en met 7 minuten ben je bij de gondel.

Die Wohnung selbst hat gehalten, was die Beschreibung und die Bilder versprochen haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Positiv ist auch anzumerken, dass es trotz der insgesamt sieben Wohnungen im Haus in der Wohnung sehr leise war. Ein Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse von Brixen. Bei beiden vorderen Zimmer zur Straße hin ist es deshalb auf Grund des Durchgangsverkehrs schwierig, nachts die Fenster offen zu lassen. Die direkt hinter dem Haus liegenden und vom Balkon aus einzusehenden Tennisplätze des nebenan liegenden Hotels stören ebenso wenig wie die naheliegende Bahntrasse. Nähere Informationen zum Umgang mit dem getrennten Müll und zu den Formalitäten bei der Abreise wären wünschenswert. Sehr praktisch sind die drei voll ausgestatteten Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche und WC.
