A place to relax

We spent very nice vacation days in Casa Simbi. The house met our expectations, everything was perfect and the communication with the host Quino was very nice and personable. He constantly tried to ensure that everything was for the best and also gave us a lot of new interesting information. Above all, we enjoyed the wonderful tranquility, the beautiful landscape and in the evening the wonderful sunset and fantastic starry sky from the roof terrace! We will be very happy to come back...

Es war alles top, wir sind sehr sehr zufrieden gewesen Wenn wir etwas brauchten, hat sich der Vermieter immer sofort darum gekümmert.Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig, genauso wie wir es wollten.Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon.Wer absolute Ruhe will ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben, Mitte November ist es noch bis 25 Grad warm.Der Pool ist etwas kühl, aber dadurch sehr erfrischend.

Kurzum: Von uns gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Finca ist wunderschön, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Das Ganze in unfassbar schöner Lage - sogar die Brandung ist zu hören. Privatsphäre ist garantiert - Ruhe und Entspannung pur. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach nur wunderschön. Wir kommen aus dem Schwärmen nicht raus. Beim Rückflug flossen Tränen. Von daher waren wir garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort. @Joaquin: Once more many thanks for an amazing vacation and this wonderful experience :-)

Esperienza molto positiva

Nella bella casa di Joaquin ci siamo trovati molto bene. E’ un’ampia villa circondata da un giardino, con un patio dove godersi colazione e gli atti pasti, affacciato su di una piscina di dimensioni non particolarmente grandi dove, tornati alla sera dopo una giornata passata al sole delle bellissime e grandi spiaggia di Fuerteventura, era piacevole farsi un bagno. Sorge in una zona molto tranquilla, come piace a noi, lontana dalle brutte urbanizzazioni che si trovano sulla costa. Necessaria un auto per potersi muovere e raggiungere in poco tempo le indimenticabili spiagge che si trovano in Costa Calma e Morro Jable. La casa è meglio che nelle foto un po’ datate sul sito e super accessoriata come potrebbe essere una casa di città. Al nostro attivo, purtroppo in tarda ora, anche perché non è stato proprio facile trovarla, abbiamo gradito molto trovare cibo, snack acqua e vino che hanno brillantemente risolto il problema della cena. Un grazie a Margherita che ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze e che ha provveduto a metà soggiorno a far fare una pulizia della casa e cambio biancheria completo. E a Joaquin che è prontamente intervenuto una volta segnalato un problema. Le camere da letto molto confortevoli, unico neo un bagno che avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato con una vasca doccia scomoda e bidet purtroppo non funzionante. Ciò nonostante siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta e consigliamo casa Simbi a tutti coloro che amano una vacanza tranquilla, rilassante

Schöne Finca mit Pool

Das Haus und die lage sind wirklich schön. Das Haus ist sehr schön und Detailverliebt eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte sind im guten zustand vorhanden. Der Garten mit Pool und Außendusche hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist zum Sonnenuntergang fantastisch.Wir haben hier fantastische 2 Wochen mit vielen Ausflügen genossen. Super angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir, zwei Pärchen (zwischen 25 und 35), sind total begeistert von Joaquins Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft ist so viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ideal für 4 Personen. Die Austattung war wirklich top! Es war alles da was man brauchte. Sogar eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Der nächste Supermarkt ist knapp 5 Autominuten entfernt. Costa Calma, ein wirklich schöner Strand, ist knapp 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gärtner hat das Grundstück auch ständig sauber gehalten. Die Kommunikation mit Joaquín ist sehr angenehm verlaufen. Ein sehr entspannter und freundlicher Vermieter! Immer hilfsbereit und mit Herzblut dabei. Roke, der Golden Retriever, hat uns täglich besucht um einfach mit uns zu chillen. Wirklich, sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Joaquín!

Dans un endroit isolé du tourisme de masse mais dans un lieu magnifique avec une petite plage à proximité et de jolies falaises sables. Idéal pour visiter le sud de l'île loin des complexes touristiques. La maison n'est pas très grande mais très bien aménagée et surtout on s'y sent très bien. la piscine n'est pas très grande ni très profonde mais suffisante pour un petit bain rafraîchissant. attention il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la maison mais on peut faire des courants d'air pour profiter de l'air frais de la nuit. La maison est situé sur un très grand jardin avec une vue sur la presqu'île de Jianda avec quelques habitations autour ( avec des chiens !) mais sans commerces ni animations . Vraiment très chouette pour un séjour dépaysant et zen. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location pleine de charme

Alojamiento tranquilo y súper equipado

El alojamiento es fiel reflejo de las fotos colgadas en el anuncio. Lo que no se ve en las fotos es la tranquilidad que se respira y lo muy bien equipada que esta la casa que dispone desde tostadora, hasta lavavajillas, lavadora y barbacoa. Totalmente recomendable para quien busque un alojamiento tranquilo alejado del bullicio …. para eso está el coche

Séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans la Casa Simbad. La maison, dont plusieurs pièces sont conçues comme un bateau, est pleine de charme et très plaisante à vivre. Elle est aussi très bien équipée et très propre, bon confort de la literie. L'extérieur - jardin et piscine - est beaucoup plus grand que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Il est très agréable de prendre du bon temps sur la terrasse, au soleil, entouré de palmiers. La maison est située dans un endroit un peu isolé, loin de l'agitation touristique, au milieu de magnifiques paysages (vue sur Jandia incroyable !), tout près de jolies petites plages (pas forcément propices à la baignade par contre). Il ne faut par contre pas avoir peur de vent qui souffle bien par ici (mais c'est le cas partout sur l'île...), à noter que la terrasse est bien protégée du vent. Costa Calma et ses commerces sont à seulement 15 min, ce qui rend facile l'achat de nourriture. Plages de la Pared tout près aussi. Contacts très faciles avec les propriétaires, toujours prompts à répondre à nos questions. Bref, ce n'est que du bonheur ! Nous reviendrons très certainement. Fuerteventura nous a séduit, et le séjour dans la Casa Simbad a fini de rendre notre séjour idyllique.

De vacaciones...... como en casa!!!

Es difícil describir en pocas palabras las sensaciones que trasmite Casa Simbi. Nada más llegar te verás desayunando o cenando en la mesa de la terraza, y al entrar en la casa, tras un rápido vistazo, te darán ganas de cocinar en una cómoda y práctica cocina con todo tipo de detalles y utensilios o descansar del viaje en uno de los cómodos dormitorios… Del interior de la casa, la madera; de la terraza, la sombra del porche; del día, el sol; de la noche, la infinitas estrellas;……y además está Joaquín. El propietario. Junto con sus maravillosos perros, Kimbo y Roque, les harán aún más increíblemente inolvidables sus vacaciones. Gracias Quino por tu hospitalidad y por hacernos sentir un año más que estamos como en casa….cuenta con nosotros para el año que viene….

Maravillosos 10 días

A mi mujer y a mi nos parece haber estado en un sitio mágico, totálmente distinto de todo lo que hemos conocido antes. La casa muy completa, decorada muy alegre, limpia, en un enclave único por sus vistas y el jardín de palmeras y aloes. Las playas que hay cercanas son extraordinarias, unas para bañarse y otras sólo para visitar. Hicimos excursiones a Ajuy, Betancuria, Pájara, Corralejo, El Cofete... Además del gran recuerdo de la hospitalidad de Quino, Morena y Simbi que nos invitaron al Maxi de vela que tienen en Morro el Jable, ¡Que navegada increíble! Nos trataron como amigos y esperamos volver pronto a casa de ensueño!!! Gracias Quino, Morena y Simbi!!!

Todo muy bien, pero al final, la fastidiaron

Sobre la casa y el equipamiento no tengo queja, pero, al final tuvieron un detalle poco agradable: el día que nos íbamos se plantó el de mantenimiento a las 10 de la mañana a barrer la terraza sin avisar. Luego apareció la dueña y se justificó diciendo que los siguientes clientes entraban temprano a la casa. Creo que, si eso es así, se debe avisar con antelación. A mí, personalmente, nunca me había pasado esto, que me presionen de esa manera, con el personal en la puerta y yo recogiendo todo casi a lo loco. Una pena ese detalle final, porque la casa está muy bien. Eso sí, también quería comentar que la televisión no funcionaba, no tenía buena señal la antena y no nos lo solucionaron durante la estancia y que tampoco había señal de wifi, a pesar de que lo anuncian como uno de los servicios de la casa.

La mejor casa rural en la que hemos estado

Somos asiduos al turismo rural y hemos estado en muchas casas rurales, pero desde luego "Casa Simbi"nos ha encantado. Más que una casa rural es un chalet precioso, en un lugar muy tranquilo, con vistas al mar, donde se puede ver el atardecer más bonito de la isla. La casa esta decorada con mucho gusto y no le falta nigún detalle, las habitaciones son espaciosas, el salón es muy acogedor con unos ventanales inmensos con unas inmejorables vistas al jardín. El porche es para disfrutarlo, ya que por el dia no se pasa calor y por la noche se esta fresquito, tambien esta muy bien orientado para proteger del viento. Kino es un excelente anfitrión, nos recomendó lugares donde comer en la isla y acertó plenamente. Nos ofreció los productos de su huerta y podimos saborear los famosos tomates canarios. El día que nos invitó a navegar con su magnífico velero, lo pasamos genial, fue una experiencia inolvidable, saludos para la tripulación, Fabio, Pipo, Carlitos, y.... La isla es lo que esperabamos, habiamos estado en Tenerife y queriamos una isla menos turistica, nos han gustado algunos pueblos del interior como Betancuria y algunos de la costa como, La Lajita, Las Playitas(Gran Tarajal), Tarajalejo, Morro Jable, Metc... Muchas gracias Kino, volveremos.....!

Casa excelente y magníficos anfitriones

Casa Simbi es una excelente opción para disfrutar de las bellezas de Fuerteventura. Está situada en un lugar precioso, bien comunicado pero retirado, y decorada con mucho gusto. Joaquín y Morena son unos anfitriones excelentes y, además, como Joaquín es un consumado regatista, la casa viene con el regalo de poder realizar una pequeña travesía en un magnífico barco de vela con una larga historia de competiciones internacionales. Pasamos una semana estupenda.

Perfecta para descansar

La casa es muy cómoda. Todas las estancias son amplias y está perfectamente equipada y cuidada. Tiene un encanto especial, al disponer de suelos y vigas de madera vista en todas las habitaciones, incluido el baño. Dispone de un porche y una terraza maravillosos donde puedes leer, tomar el sol, comer o cenar disfrutando de una vista estupenda. Está enclavada en una parcela bastante grande, al lado del mar y rodeada de palmeras y árboles frutales, por lo que la intimidad y tranquilidad son absolutas, tanto de día como de noche. El trato con el propietario es exquisito. Vive a un tiro de piedra, por lo que puedes contar con él para cualquier duda que te pueda surgir durante la estancia, la cual incluye un paseo en el velero que capitanea el propietario desde el puerto de Morrojable. Se trata de un ketch de competición que ha participado en regatas de altura, incluida la vuelta al mundo, por lo que no tiene nada que ver con el clásico paseo por las aguas del puerto.
