Modern, spacious apartment in great location in the wonderful town of Malton.
Close to many cafès bars and restaurants in this lovely market town. Comfortable, well equipped appartment. Parking reasonable prices and within 50 metres.

The apartment is in a good central location, clean and has all the amenities you require .
The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a good location.
Access was very easy.
A few negatives.
Whilst the central location was good it is right on a busy road and the road noise was very audible from early each morning ~5am. Even with ear plugs this woke me each morning.
The allocated towels are very small, no bath sheets.
Storage space in the bathroom is also limited and no where to put a wash back - a shelf would be very useful .

Position the main plus
We had a mixed experience at the Malton Apartments.
While the position was great, the bed comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities, I would not recommend the property to my friends.
The entrance is disgusting and the front door simply does not work properly. I was locked out for a couple of hours and a neighbour informed me that it happens all the time. I really needed to get some things inside and I was very distressed by the time my husband came back and finally got inside.
The configuration of the bathroom is downright dangerous.
A tiny tip, if you want the frig to work efficiently, it is a good idea to defrost it.
The freezer was so frosted over we could not really use it.
Despite some nice touches it was very disappointing.

Malton Central dates back to the 1800's. From 1867 until late 1960's the building was occupied by John Soulby a local wine merchant and then leased by Chas Rose & Co Ltd a local brewer who were based on Castlegate.
George and William Bower a butchers and food provider took over the building in 1969 when the local brewery closed down and operated there until 1990 when Campbell and Mycroft a respected local accountancy and financial services company took on the ownership.
The building laid empty and in disrepair for several years until 2018. For the past few years our trusted team of contractors and local craftsman have painstaking restored and converted the building into a collection of contemporary designed rooms, studio spaces and fully equipped apartments. Our aim is to offer you and all our guests a safe and enjoyable place to stay.
