Casa perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Dotata di due verande sempre arieggiate nonostante il caldo e spazio per i nostri animali. L'alloggio non è proprio in centro al paese e anche se non molto lontano bisogna prendere la macchina (due minuti di macchina dal paese). I proprietari gentilissimi e casa dotata di tutto. La Sig.ra Rosa e il Sig. Filippo sono stati due host gentili e disponibili. Ottima vacanza .

Vacanza San vitese 2019

Siamo pienamente soddisfatti della villetta . Ottima la posizione sopra il promontorio in un punto sempre fresco e tranquillissimo. Lontano dal caos del paese ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti con le biciclette in dotazione. La risalita con le stesse prevede un buon allenamento nelle gambe. Ad ogni modo pass di parcheggio auto in zona centrale del paese messo a disposizione dei proprietari permette di arrivare comodamente al centro del paese. La proprietà è curata in ogni particolare, dal giardino privato splendida cornice alla casa , agli arredamenti interni ed esterni , tutto estremamente funzionale. Il barbeque, la lavatrice e lavastoviglie completano il tutto. Ottimo soggiorno ringraziamo ancora la signora Rosa e il marito per l'accoglienza.

Meraviglioso soggiorno in villa

Soggiorno stupendo in questa splendida villa appena sopra il promontorio di San Vito lo capo A un minuto dal centro del paese, ma senza il caos e il caldo del paese Villa bellissima: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli, con doppia esposizione e due verande dove mangiare, fare la brace, guardare la televisione I proprietari ci hanno coccolati facendoci trovare saponi, bagno schiuma, dopo sole, caffè, ombrelloni per la spiaggia, carbonella, pass per il parcheggio auto in paese, 3 biciclette, cambio biancheria ogni settimana ! La villa è in un complesso residenziale recintato composto di sole ville singole sul promontorio (100 mt di altezza) di San Vito: questo permette di avere la pace e l’aria che in paese Non possono esistere, ma ad appena un minuto di strada con l’auto dal centro del paese. Rosa e suo marito sono persone gentilissime e squisite che ci hanno trattati come fossimo i loro figli ! Spero avrete la fortuna di soggiornare in questa struttura: vale da sola l’intera vacanza !

Away from it all

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is the middle of three terraced bungalows, on a private gated estate well outside San Vito Lo Capo. The house is well furnished in good taste and equipped with all you need for the stay. There were lots of useful essentials we appreciated on arrival such as dishwasher tablets, hand soap etc already in the house. The house is well set up to deal with heat and bright sunlight with large, cool porches either side and shuttering (and mosquito netting) on all of the windows. The double beds were big enough and comfortable for two people. Everything was very clean and tidy for our arrival. The garden is nicely laid out and well maintained with off road parking. Rosa and her hubby were helpful and friendly when we needed it; neither spoke any English. The private estate was almost silent in the week with a bit more activity at the weekends. There is a very weak mobile signal (Vodafone) so we really were away from it all at times. San Vito is an attractive seaside town with lovely beaches, many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a couple of small supermarkets. The coast from Monte Cofano all round to Scopello is glorious, with mountains backing onto the sea. The Zingaro and Cofano nature reserves are unspoilt places to visit and there is a lot of coastal walking you can do from San Vito.
