Offering breathtaking, unobstructed sea-views, the villa combines the very best quality with a sought after location: a car is not essential as both beach and shops/restaurants are within walking distance. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, Villa Akti Barbati 1 can sleep up to 4 to 5 guests. Relax on the balcony enjoying the views of the boats passing by splash in the private pool, enjoy a storll down to the beach: this is for sure the perfect property for a holiday to remember!



Inside, Villa Akti Barbati 1 is set over two floors and is accessed via a set of steps from the private parking area. The modern interiors have been finished with great taste and style, to provide a superior holiday experience. The ground floor, at pool level, has a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished in Mediterranean colors, the lounge has a satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a bed for a 5th guest), and patio doors opening onto spacious sea-facing terraces providing beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (including dishwasher and washing machine), perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On the ground floor there is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower next to it. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the master bedroom and the second bathroom with shower are located. The bedroom has a double bed and access to a large private terrace providing the most breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea. For the comfort of our guests, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and all the rooms have sea-views. PLEASE NOTE: IF GUESTS PREFER TO HAVE BEDS MADE UP AS SINGLES INSTEAD OF DOUBLES, NO PROBLEM AT ALL. JUST INFORM US.



If the indoor areas of the villa are amazing, the pool patio will leave our guests speechless: views, design, relaxation! The generously sized private pool (5m x 3.5m, depth between 1.5m and 1.7m, lit at night), has comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The shaded dining area is equipped with bbq as well and is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking views. The poolside patio and the garden provide beautiful views over the resort of Barbati and the turquoise sea, stretching from Corfu Town up to Albanian mainland in the distance. Private parking is also available on the premises.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Not the first staying in this accommodation hence why we returned. A great comfortable space that is sold by the outdoor area. When the sun is shining (which it did everyday) the pool and outdoor space is just what you need. Thank you for another amazing stay and hope to be back again one day

A beautiful villa in the most perfect location

A beautiful villa in the most perfect location. Our host was very helpful and very quick to respond to any query we had. It is very easy to walk to all the numerous restaurants and shops and the beach. Highly recommend you stay in this villa and enjoy the beautiful bay and what it has to offer. A must is to eat at Verde Blu restaurant/ bar. This is my 2nd visit to the bay and look forward to my 3rd visit.

This was a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, everything you could need and a fabulous view over the sea to the Greek mainland. I loved sitting on the terrace watching the sun rise in the morning. DadoVillas was a very thoughtful agent and provided lots of information regarding the house. They also responded instantly on a Sunday afternoon when I couldn't find the WiFi code after checking in. We also appreciated the midweek clean and sheet/towel change that was provided. The villa is in a lovely situation close to all the shops and restaurants of Barbati and a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach. We were very happy staying here and would be happy to stay again.

Family holiday 2022

As a family of 3 adults and one teenager We really enjoyed our stay in Akti Babati Villa 1. We couldn't fault the location and the views were just perfect! The location was perfect! Close to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and also the local shops and cafes. We hired a car but could quite easily have done without one. The Villa could do with a few more essential kitchen utensils especially if you are cooking quite a bit. We only had 2 mugs between 4 of us and one of the mugs had a crack in and leaked. Had to notify the management who were quick to replace them. No scissors or cheese grater and lacked a few essential kitchen utensils. Also when I booked the villa I requested the second bedroom be made up as twin beds and not as one. I received an email back to say they had been in touch with the management and it had been acknowledged. When we arrived it was made up as one bed and we had no extra bedding to divide it into twin beds and we only had 4 hand towels and no bath towels. A phone call to the management rectified this but as the Villa is advertised as Luxury I would have expected a little more especially with the cleanliness too. I had to wipe down a few stains on the kitchen cupboards when we arrived and noticed the floors up stairs and downstairs could have done with a good mop too. Attention to detail I think Is required. Apart from that the outside space is amazing with the beautiful views and the pool is a bonus too. We couldn't fault the outside space we loved it! Barbati is beautiful with crystal clear Ionian Sea and the beach is extremely clean. Lots of sun loungers to the left of the beach and plenty of beach bars and restaurants. Verde Blu was one of our favourites and served delicious food and cocktails. Great selection of water sports down on the beach. Would definitely recommend Spiros Boat Hire for a boat trip. Lovely friendly family run business. Weather was amazing! I would definitely recommend this villa and hopefully after reading my review the management might stock the kitchen with a few more essential items and have a word with the cleaners. The pool guy/maintenance man and his dog Ira were very nice and he was very quick to replace the cord of the patio window shutter when it snapped.
