Unfortunately, we never received your feedback on time. Your comments regarding the kitchen equipment, cleaning materials, and maintenance have been noted, and the necessary actions are being taken to correct them. I’m also sorry that you felt the price did not reflect the service provided, at the end the price is set up by availability and the market, not only our apartment. Feedback like yours is important and helps improve the experience for future guests.
