The apartment is set on the 3rd floor of a contemporary lift-served building. Perfect for both couples and families, the apartment provides comfortable accommodation in a prime city centre location. The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stunning open-plan living/dining and kitchen area with amazing city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is also well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware. The apartment benefits from an abundance of natural light throughout the day, free WiFi and an allocated parking space in the underground car park.

Extraordinary Edinburgh condo close to Royal Mile and Edinburgh castle with beautiful views.
I loved this condo. It is totally upgraded, clean, modern, with all of the conveniences in an elevator building. It is close to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh castle, the bus and train station. I walked almost everywhere. There are restaurants, a gym and several shops just across the street.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with a washer and dryer. If you are planning a trip to Edinburgh, don't pass this one by. It will not disappoint.

Location is excellent but it is on the north side of the meadows and this is apparently a student hangout until 3-4am. Very noisy. Otherwise the area feels safe and most points of interest are only 15-20 minutes walk. Apartment is beautiful and spotless. Very comfortable. Dryer takes several hours to dry clothes. Owner is very responsive. Be aware that you have to go to a separate location to retrieve keys before going to the apartment. The two locations are about 1/2 mile apart. I would recommend this rental.
