Capistrano Playa 403 by Casasol

Located in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization, this 2-bedroom apartment (1 double bed and 2 single beds) is the perfect destination for summer vacations. It has a large private terrace with spectacular views of Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has a spacious living room, a full kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower.



Capistrano Playa is a picturesque urbanization with typical Andalusian style houses surrounding an ornamental lake with plants and fish. It is located on the top of a hill, so it enjoys wonderful views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk from Burriana Beach, where you can get there by a path and stairs that go through the pretty gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the entire complex is closed to non-residents. Restaurants and other services are nearby and the center of Nerja is about 20 minutes away on foot, although there is a bus stop on the same street.



The apartment's TV only has foreign satellite channels. Also, this apartment is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.



We can organize airport pick-up and you have the possibility of ordering a Welcome Pack if you arrive at a later time.

Wonderful apartment with great view. And the garden was very well kept which we appreciated.

But we are disappointed that kitchen didn't provide very basic equipment such as chopping board and small saucepan, bread knife and extra tea towel. I wish you provide the better pillow.

Apartment 403 has fantastic views ...

Apartment has everything needed. Short walk to the pool area, the snack bar serves a good breakfast from 8:30am and a good selection at lunch. The walk down through the gardens to Burriana Beach are beautiful. The selection of restaurants along the beach are very good. Overall a very good Holiday experience :) Would be easier if there was a wardrobe for hanging clothes in the main bedroom, and thicker curtains to stop being woken by the early sunrise.

Bien situé, tranquillité Excellent service Facilité pour communiquer avec CasaSol 1. Serait-il possible que nous ayons accès à quelques chaînes de télévision française. 2. Le sofa de l’appartement aurait besoin d’être nettoyé, il est sale. Encore une fois, merci pour le soucis que vous avez de satisfaire votre clientèle

Le site et l'appartement sont vraiment agréables. La communication avec Casasol est toujours claire et professionnelle. On se sent en confiance tout au long du processus de réservation et lors du séjour. Le confort des chaises à l'intérieur et les portes de la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Les planchers n'étaient pas très propres.
