Beautiful Guest House in Algarve, Portugal

Beautiful home with stunning sunset view of coastline. Great location for hikes, well equipped home, close to interesting sites and amenities. Fantastic communication with owner in advance and top service from management company once onsite. Highly recommend this host and this property.

Amazing View

Beautiful property, amazing view of the water and surrounding cliffs and scenery. Very nice to have a beach nearby, short hike away and still feels secluded and quiet. The little town down the hill is cute and has plenty to offer for restaurants. Nearby grocery and across the bay, Portimao. Wonderful. The one issue is the bathing situation. There are 3 showers but none are really usable. Two are TINY, so small you can barley turn or you bump into the flimsy plastic door/walls, fearing they will collapse. The master bath has nice roomy tub and the hand held hose / shower head can mount for a stand up shower... but the hose/head does not work. Water just dribbles out. Otherwise its a winner! thank you!

Perfekt ausgestattet mit sensationellem blick

Großzügige Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Bei ungemütlichem winterwetter konnten alle Zimmer gut geheizt werden.Der Blick aus dem großen Wohnraum und natürlich auch auf dem Balkon war einfach atemberaubend.das nahe gelegene Ferragudo ist pittoresk und hat nette kleine Lokale. Und hat das Port Arade am besten gefallen.

Hervorragend!

Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und Portimao. Sehr professionelle Unterstützung durch den Vermieter mit Informationen und Beschreibungen. Die Wohnung war sauber und auf zwei Etagen mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen, also gerne wieder :)

Bonne adresse au Portugal

Tout a été parfait , logement impeccable ainsi que le service de ménage deux fois en une semaine, l’emplacement avec vue sur la mer , un régal. Toutefois une climatisation serait très utile par ces fortes chaleurs , au moins pour rafraîchir les chambres . Une adresse à retenir, avec la Clim en plus…

Belle maison mais risque de nuits blanches.

Maison fidèle au descriptif et aux photos, idéalement placée à proximité d'une belle plage. Notez l'absence de climatisation (choix du propriétaire), l'exposition des chambres en plein soleil et l'absence de volets, ce qui a pour conséquence de surchauffer les chambres, de dormir fenêtres ouvertes et d'être soumis au nuisances des fêtes de nuit sur la plage, d'être réveillé tôt le matin par la lumière du jour et parfois en pleine nuit par le Jacuzzy situé sur la terrasse en dessous.

Perfekt für reinen Strandurlaub

Das Haus ist Teil einer sehr ruhigen (an Pfingsten fast ausgestorbenen), schön bepflanzten Ferienhaussiedlung, die Häuser sind terrassenförmig angeordnet, so dass man vor und neben sich weitere Terassen hat (nicht sichtbar auf den Fotos). Küche ist ok, ein Grill auf der Terrasse wäre toll. Die Terrasse ist riesig, der Platz ziemlich verschenkt, zumal man den großen Tisch nicht bewegen kann. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Polstermöbel allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen, daher ziemlich speckig. Der Hausstrand ist traumhaft schön, die Strandbar sehr schnöselig. Ins Dorf war es uns zu weit zu laufen ,sodass uns die Anbindung an eine etwas lebhaftere Umgebung gefehlt hat. Wenn der Fokus des Urlaubs auf Strand, Ruhe und Selbstverpflegung (oder einer der Fahrer keinen Alkohol zum Abendessen trinken möchte) liegt, ist das Haus durchaus zu empfehlen, für den Preis wäre eine Renovierung / Neuausstattung des Mobiliars in den nächsten Jahren meines Erachtens mal angebracht.

Grandioser Blick und bezaubernde Sonnenuntergänge

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und drei Jugendliche) haben einen wundervollen, entspannten Urlaub im August in der Casa Nova verbracht. Das Haus und die Umgebung waren noch besser als von uns erwartet. Die Ferienanlage, in der die Casa Nova liegt, ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die sehr sauberen Strände sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen und der gemeinsame Swimming Pool der Anlage wurde sehr häufig von uns zur Abkühlung besucht. Direkt am Swimming Pool ist eine kleine Bar, wo man Burger, Cocktails und andere Köstlichkeiten bekommt. Ferragudo, Portimao, Lagos oder Albufeira sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und waren besonders interessant für unsere Kinder/Jugendlichen, da hier deutlich mehr los war, gerade abends. Bäcker, Supermarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber nicht weit weg. Die Casa Nova selber ist sehr gepflegt und sehr grosszügig geschnitten, so dass wir alle genug Platz hatten. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden, was wir brauchten, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das Highlight des Hauses ist ganz klar die grosse Terasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Atlantik. Von hier aus kann man das Treiben auf dem Meer - z.b. die ein- und ausfahrenden Schiffe und Boote - sehr schön beobachten, was wir als sehr entspannend empfunden haben. Insbesondere die Sonnenuntergänge sind von der Terasse aus sehr sehenswert. Dreimal die Woche kommt eine Hausfee, die spült, putzt, aufräumt und neue Handtücher bringt. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier hervorragend erholt und die zwei Wochen gingen wie im Flug vorbei. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Wir hatten die Gelegenheit sie persönlich kennenzulernen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns immer wieder hilfreiche Tipps gegeben haben. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ganz klar nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

Sehr guter Gesamteindruck - alles reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen funktioniert - gerne wieder.

Unterkunft gefiel uns sehr gut - wunderschöne Lage und Aussicht. Gute Tips vom Vermieter für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Haus in gutem Zustand und Hausservice 3x/Woche bestens.

Traumblick

könnte man denken, wenn man auf der Terrasse steht und diesen Meerblick sowie die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge genießen darf. Die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Bildern an den Wänden(wahrscheinlich vom Vermieter gemalt?) Sehr viel Raum, große Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne vierzehn Tage gehabt. Leider hat uns ein Atlantik Tief etwas Regen und Wind gebracht, konnten aber auch dadurch den rauen Atlantik genießen . Durch den direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter hatten wir von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl und wurden daher auch nicht getäuscht. Ein für uns angenehmen Service war, dass alle zwei Tage "unsere" Hausperle die Wohnung reinigte und sogar das Geschirr abspülte(Obwohl eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist) Allerdings ist ein Auto zu empfehlen, zumal genügend Parkraum zur Verfügung steht Anne und Ottmar

Belle vue mais environnement très bruyant la nuit

La maison mitoyenne est très bien équipée. Le ménage tous les 2 jours est appréciable même si la femme de ménage a la fâcheuse habitude de se pointer à 9 heures du matin, dur dur pour les grasses matinées. Belle vue sur la mer et plage très proche. Le principal problème c'est cette discothèque a proximité qui vous tient éveillé toutes les nuits de 2 à 5 heures du matin... Boules Quies conseillées !

Ein besonderer Platz!

Wir danken für eine schöne Urlaubswoche in einem tollen Haus, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Portimao ist nicht zu übertreffen und die nähere Umgebung lädt zu allerlei Auflügen ein ("Hausstrand", Klippenweg nach Carvoeiro, etc.). Am scönsten war der allabendliche romantische Sonnenuntergang, den wir vom Balkon aus oder nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt direkt an den Klippen genossen.

tolle Lage

Die Casa Nova haben wir sehr genossen. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer tollen Lage auf den Klippen und Blick auf das Meer, den Leuchtturm. Wegen des Wetters konnten wir leider die riesige Terasse nicht ganz so ausgiebig nutzen, wie wir wollten. Haben uns aber trotzdem pudelwohl gefühlt. Danke auch noch mal den Vermieter für die nette und total unkomplizierte, vertrauensvolle Abwicklung unserer kurzfristigen Buchung. Wir können die Casa Nova nur weiterempfehlen ...

Traumhaftes Haus mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus in großer Zahl. Oben 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, also für jeden ein eigenes Bad, wenn man zu zweit dor wohnt. Bestes Highlight ist die große Terasse. auf der man es sehr gut aushalten kann, wenn man mal nicht hinunter zum Strand gehen möchte, der ganz in der Nähe ist, ca. 5 min. zu Fuß.(Praia dos Caneiros).Nette und unkomplizierte Putzhilfe, und Vermieter, die ein paar Tage nebenan wohnten !

Traumurlaub

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren nach Ferragudo und kennen die Vila Gaivota schon von früheren Besuchen. Das Appartement "Casa Nova" ist sehr empfehlenswert, weil die Aussicht gigantisch ist! Außerdem kann man hier so richtig abschalten, weil eine himmlische Ruhe herrscht. Wer jedoch was erleben möchte, braucht ein Auto. Dann hat man auch schnell eine passende Gelegenheit auszugehen im nahen Carvoeiro. Für uns steht fest: ab sofort nur noch das "Casa Nova", da wissen wir, was wir haben.
