Padre by Rentallorca

"Padre" is a Majorcan finca with a maximum capacity for four people located 500 metres from Son Servera.



Outside there is a beautiful and well-kept garden with lawn and a variety of trees. It also has a private kidney-shaped swimming pool measuring 4.50m x 2.50m, surrounded by a fence for the safety of the little ones, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. There is also a shower room.



As soon as you enter the property, you will enjoy a spacious and bright dining room with a great Mallorquin style. Comfortable sofas with a flat screen TV for relaxing days.



The kitchen space is open to the living room. Fully equipped with everything you need for day to day living.



The property has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and comfortably furnished. A fully equipped bathroom with shower.



The finca is located very close to the road connecting Son Servera and Cala Millor, but a noise dampening wall reduces the sound of the street. The nearby beaches like Cala Bona or Cala Millor are less than 5 minutes by car.
