Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man als Familie braucht

Wir waren Gäste in den Häusern 1 & 2 mit 9 Personen. Davon zwei Kinder. Super saubere Unterkunft, sehr gemütliche Betten, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung benötigt. Leider war der Lift aufgrund von Konkurs des Betreibers nicht in Betrieb, sodass Skifahren in Arnoldstein aktuell nicht möglich ist. Die Sauna draußen ist sehr geräumig mit Blick auf den Bach am Haus. Leider hatte diese einen Defekt, weshalb wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Der Besitzer hat versucht es zu lösen, leider ohne Erfolg. Wir haben dann den Hot Tub benutzt, was super war.

Vielen Dank für ihre gute Kommentar. Die Sauna war in März 2024 installiert. Es stimmt daß der Saunaheizung nicht in Ordnung war. Der Lieferant installiert nächste Woche eine neue Heizung und untersucht das Problem. Wir wissen daß die Heizungspirale im Summer nicht genutzt wurden und deshalb möglicherweise die Kontakte gerostet sein. Wir entschuldige uns für das Problem. Was die Lift angeht, hat sich ein Investierder gemeldet die das Vornehmen hat den Berglift ab Sommer 2025 wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen mit mehr möglichkeiten im Sommer und im Winter. Wie gesagt, melden wir den Zustand der Bergbahn vorher an unsere Kunden.
