Newly refurbished 2-double bedroom apartment within a small complex ideally situated 5 mins walk from the Old Town/Harbour bars and restaurants, 10 mins from both the Biosphera shopping centre and Playa Chica beach, and within 15 minutes of the main New Town strip.
It has a large South- and West-facing sun terrace, with private loungers and outdoor dining facilities.
From the balcony there are uninterrupted panoramic sea views West to East.
The apartment benefits from a large lounge, dining, and kitchen area, and comes with free Wifi access and TV (including sports and movies).
The main bathroom has a large shower with toilet and basin, with another separate toilet/utility room.
The complex has 2 outdoor pools, a communal sun terrace with loungers, and a pool bar serving drinks and snacks.

Absolutely fabulous apartment...a real home from home. Stunning views. The beds are so comfortable and we slept really well. The apartment itself was spotless. We had an amazing stay at this property, it was spacious, clean with wonderful views, a rare find in the old harbour. The apartment had a lovely balcony which wrapped around the side and was private.We had everything we needed,towels,well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms & even toiletries where provided in the bathroom in case you had forgotten something. Location was fantastic, a few bars and restaurants were practically on your doorstep if you just wanted a local night out. We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment. Everything listed by the owners ,was in place. We had a small issue with the ceiling fan in the bedroom,,but after contacting Kirsty and Steve the owners the issue was dealt with promptly and effectively. Duncan the maintenance man went above and beyond to get everything back to normal. On top of being a really nice guy. Would thoroughly recommend the property and the hosts.

Home from home in a great location

Myself and my wife were fortunate to find this new listing in the old town of PDC. We knew the area well although not specifically the SF2 apartment block. We had been looking for a while for a 2 bedroom apartment where both bedrooms had proper double beds. Additionally we ideally wanted modern facilities where we could conformable live rather than just holiday, as we planned to stay for at least a month. Having almost giving up on this search, this listing just came on the market, and I took the plunge, expecting something to have been over promised and would then under delivery. Well lucky for me I was wrong. Great WiFi, fast strong and reliable, full IPV TV provides all UK channels and movies and more, Comfortable beds, full kitchen, inc over, hob etc as well as a small utility/WC in addition to main bathroom. Built in boiler, so non stop hot water all day regardless of weather. Fantastic veranda with a dining and relaxing area. Pictures do not do it justice. It has shade till late morning, the sun the rest of the day. Situated right next to CC Montana Tropical, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are literally on your door step., so no car required. Kristy was very easy to deal with and accommodating to my requests. Defo will stay again.

Prima appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Complete keuken. Zelfs de koelkast was gevuld met de eerste nodige boodschappen. Wel kakkerlakken en er lopen overal heel kleine mieren. Niet aan te bevelen voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Je moet heel veel trappen lopen om het complex uit te komen. Zwembad is ook prima. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fantastisch.

I'm Kirsty, and I'm looking forward to welcoming you to the island that was my former home, and a place that holds a dear place in my heart.
I've bought and developed a few properties in the UK, and this is my first venture on this beautiful island.
I'm a former deputy headteacher so I know how important and valuable family time is during a holiday. That's my motivation. I want you to have a great time on your holiday. And I hope that can all revolve around our apartment.

Why they chose this property

Having lived in Lanzarote in the early 2000's, we travel back to the island 2 or 3 times a year - almost every time staying in 2 bedroom apartments for that extra freedom. We know how hard they are to find!
I think that experience means we're well placed to know what's needed for a nice stay, and we're confident you'll have a great time with us.
As parents, we're aware how annoying it is to have prices HIKED during school holiday time, so we don't do that.
We also know how annoying it is to have to pay extra for those things that we think should be supplied, like a travel cot, an iron, or sun loungers - so we don't charge for them either. If you have a request, drop me a note and I'll do my best!
We bought this apartment in 2021 and have refreshed everything - from cutlery and crockery, to all of the doors and windows, and all of the furniture. It has been put together as somewhere we'd like to stay ourselves.

What makes this property unique

Not quite "unique", but a 2-bedrom apartment is rare to find.
Close to the Old Town bars and restaurants.
Right next door to the highly recommended Highlander Too, and a large Spar supermarket is within a minute away.
