Nice apartment in Trastevere, plenty of space for 3 . Super convenient location, steps away from lots of nice spots for food and drink, yet still very quiet.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Good location and nice apartment but communication was difficult. The place is owned by a rental company and it was hard to communicate with them and their employee who checked us in. They preferred email and WhatsApp instead of using VRBO which was somewhat inconvenient. At check-in, they had multiple properties checking in so we ended up waiting 45 minutes outside the building with our bags for someone to arrive. Once inside, the apartment is clean and on the 1st floor up so it is quiet and not a lot of stairs to get to. It is an older apartment and has enough space for 4 adults to stay comfortable but no more than that. Neighborhood is great, favorite place to stay in Rome and lots of food and shops nearby. Checkout was easy. Overall price was a little high however for what the apartment is.

Had a great stay here. Perfect location to walk everywhere and a lot of restaurants, bars, and clubs in the area. Host was wonderful very good with communication. Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our week stay. This is a great location. Outside the congestion of central Rome but still central enough to be in walking distance to everything. We had 2 adults and 3 children and it was a little bit too small for that. The space was clean and our host recommended good spots to eat!

Kind regards,
Close to lots of interesting stores, and great restaurants. We stayed a week and the kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals with ingredients from the local markets. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe our entire visit.
Stayed here for a week with my family while visiting our daughter studying abroad in Rome. Apartment was clean, spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and shared lots of info about Rome with us. Would recommend this place to others.
My friends and I stayed here to visit Rome after living there a couple of years ago. The location and the apartment were both perfect for us. We we meet promptly by the host who was very responsive and kind. The apartment is right near the best restaurants in Rome but secluded enough that it was not noisy to sleep. One thing to be mindful of is there is not an elevator so if you are unable to climb a flight of stairs you may need to stay elsewhere.
Apartment was in the quieter area of Trastevere but very close to all the bars and restaurants. It was very clean with comfortable beds. Leasing office was super kind to meet us to store bags early and give us highlights of Rome. Very friendly. We had issues with both shower heads spraying haphazardly. It just needs to be looked at. Great place
The apartment is in a great location. Down the street is a fabulous bakery. All of Trastevere is in walking distance. There is a playground close by for the little ones. I forgot my new jacket in the apartment after checking out and Emanuelle was so amazing to get the jacket and deliver it to us without any hesitation! He was so kind and gracious!
The pictures were deceiving! Nice decor for 60s but in reality dirty bathroom with not even one hook for towels, broken electrical plug, broken toilet seat and the very last day freezing water in shower! The kitchen was not any better with very dirty sponge, not even one garbage bag and many other bad staff. Bed and bedding was cheap and dirty . Overall discussed especially when you pay over 200 euro per night!

thanks for the information, we were not aware. We are sorry that you did not tell us during your stay, we would have intervened immediately as we always do
We initially rented this property from May 5 to May 9. After staying only a day at the property I used the washroom and unfortunately the toilet collapsed. We got in touch with Rafael who is the property manager and he looked right away into getting a plumber to fix it. We had to stay and wait for the plumber for most of the day and that was our first day in Rome so we actually lost most of that day, but there was no avoiding it because we had all our luggage at the place as we waited for the plumber as unfortunately was the weekend and Rafael was trying to contact any plumber. Rafael was absolutely amazing. He apologized about our first day being wasted & he called a plumber who arrived, and said that the toilet could not be fixed right away.
Rafael arranged for us to go to another apartment. It was bigger in size and very close by, right away. He helped carry heavy suitcases with us through the narrow streets of Rome, a couple of a small blocks away, and when we got there, he helped me by carrying my suitcase into the apartment and making sure that everything was fine at that apartment .
He was very helpful, nice and accommodated everything that we needed. Plus was lovely in helping us after we had the mishap at the first apartment.
He had also let us know about a place to store our luggage, and then also called a taxi for my sister who was departing in the early hours of the morning (as we were having issues with communicating in Italian!)
I absolutely would go and rent with him/this property again! Made us want to visit Rome again!
Schön ruhig gelegen. Gute Lage für alle Aktivitäten zur Rom-Besichtigung. Unkomplizierte Einweisung.
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Trastevere. All of the furnishings were very nice, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed to store food, prepare snacks, make coffee, etc. The location was great as it was in a quiet neighborhood and close to transportation to anywhere in the city. It was also very close to good restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating to all our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.
