This luxurious, exclusive penthouse is located on the top floor of this centrally located, small-scale residence Chalet 149 in the lively ski village of Westendorf. The cosy village centre is only 600m away, and the valley station of the Alpenrosenbahn is easy to reach on foot (400m). What more could you want? The penthouse is luxuriously furnished and finished with lots of wood, entirely in the style of the beautiful Tyrol. That means plenty of wonderful atmosphere! The living room features a TV and the open plan kitchen includes an oven and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, each containing two single box-spring beds set up as a double bed. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Outside, you have a balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. From here, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain world of the Kitzbühler Alps. There is (free) parking for one car in the parking garage under the residence.
