La preciosa casa está construida en el año 1950 de piedra natural de Santanyí. Esta situada en un sitio muy tranquilo con vista panorámica en la bahía de Cala Figuera. Está fresco durante todo el verano y es una gran oportunidad para descansar y relajar con familia y amigos. Se alquila planta baja de la casa con 2 dormitorios dobles, salón, comedor, cocina y terraza grande sobre el mar con preciosa vista.
La casa esta cerca de Parque Natural de Mondragó donde hay una gran diversidad paisajística: los bosques de acebuche y pinar, los campos de cultivo de secano, las sabinas litorales, el estanque dulce de s'Amarador, la costa recortada con zonas rocosas y playas de arena. Las playas de las más hermosas de la isla con arena fina y dorada, aguas tranquilas (Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, Playa de s'Amarador) están cerca a 5-10 minutos con coche o poco más con bicicletas. Para comer y cenar, cerca de la casa, hay muy buenos restaurantes sobre el mar con maravillosa vista y buena comida española. A un paso está el puerto de la Cala Figuera, donde cada día entre 16:00 – 17:00h. los barcos de pesca vuelven y hacen mercadillo.
Todos los miércoles y sábados del año se instala en el centro de Santanyí un bonito mercado que cuenta con puestecitos de lo más variado: joyería, embutidos típicos, jamones, quesos y aceitunas, verduras frescas, fruta, ropa, música y dulces artesanales.. todo en el mercado de Santanyí, un menudo pueblo al sur de Mallorca. Ven, mira, pasea…

Gorgeous home in Cala Figuera

Can’t recommend this home enough. Perfectly situated in Cala Figuera. The home was an ideal location for our multi generational family trip. The apartment downstairs was perfect for older folks. Georgi, the host, was phenomenal and always helpful and gracious. Go to Mallorca and stay at this location.

Great basecamp for beaches and climbing

Close to great beaches and deep water soloing. House was easy and comfortable. Georgi was super helpful and available. Nice to walk into town and eat at BonBar. Cliff jumping and swimming is a short walk from the house. Santanyi market and lunch at Laudet were good too.

Perfect place to stay!

We (a group of 6 people) had a fantastic stay in „myrenthousemallorca“! It is a wonderful place with great views to the harbour of Cala Figuera! The interior decoration looks stylish/lovely with attention to detail!. The house is very spacious, it is „fully equipped“ with everything one needs for a holiday on Mallorca: parasol, coolbags and blankets for your trip to the beach, all you need for cooking, sufficient dishes and a barbecue grill with all the necessary equipment. Georgi was „always“ available, when we needed support (FeWo App or WhattsApp) - great host!

Excellent house with a stunning location

The house is an absolute beauty if you are traveling with friends and family. In the main part, there are 3 bedrooms and downstairs is a separate apartment with 2 further bedrooms. Perfect if you are traveling with teenage kids. Furniture is very stylish and the owner always quick to respond to any queries you might have. But the biggest plus is the location of house. Situated supremely above the harbor of Cala Figuera, with spectacular vistas all day. I can only highly recommend the property.
