TV, air conditioning and heating. Fully equipped kitchen, 20 minutes walk from the famous Gran Vía, 20 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The apartment also has an elevator.

Also, if you are going to travel by train from the Atocha station, you can walk directly. Perfectly connected to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía stops and even a pleasant walk from them.The Reina Sofía Museum is just a 4-minute walk away and the Retiro Park is 15 minutes away.The Atocha station is a 3-minute walk away, the Arte metro station a few minutes on foot.
