The former commercial unit is centrally located in Berlin Wilmersdorf and was turned into a loft style studio with direct street access. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 30 m² there is space for up to 4 people. The bright room offers a double bed on the mezzanine, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom offers a shower and WC. Explore the German capital like a true Berliner and benefit from the convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood.
