Beautiful finca located in a quiet and old town with great charm.

The property is located in Caimari, a small town with less than 1,000 inhabitants that preserves the charm of the old Malloquine villages, with streets and stone houses and the beautiful Tramuntana mountains in its surroundings, so the area is ideal to do excursions and get to know the deepest Mallorca. In addition, in Caimari you will find small local shops.

If you want to enjoy a good atmosphere, in Inca, a city located less than 10 minutes by car from the property, you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and large supermarkets.

The finca has a totally private pool and a large plot with a garden and terrace, ideal to enjoy with children. In addition, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a world heritage site. Inside you will find four bedrooms with capacity for 8 people, 3 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.

Authentic Mallorcan Villa

Great communication throughout the whole process, property was clean, had all the facilities we needed, Air conditioning has been installed in most rooms. Only small issue was that the ants were coming into the kitchen when you left the tiniest bit of leftover food, but our friends who stayed in other properties had similar issues so I think it's just the way these villas are built. Beds have been very comfortable. The whole group enjoyed the stay and would come back again!
