Hidden in a quiet valley and surrounded by protected countryside and ancient olive groves, the estate combines privacy and tranquility in an idyllic setting. Despite this feeling of complete seclusion, the charm of Pollença is very close by. A pleasant 20-minute walk along a private path takes you directly to the cafés, restaurants, and markets of the old town of one of Mallorca’s most beautiful villages.

All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, providing a pleasant separation between the social and private areas of the house. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two have single beds.



Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has access to a nearby additional bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub, ideal for young children, and the other two feature walk-in showers.



To ensure maximum comfort, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. In addition, the house is equipped with a Smart TV and high-speed Starlink WiFi connection of approximately 400 Mbps, ensuring excellent connectivity throughout the property.
