Casa Feliz is designed for comfort and accessibility, all on one level, making it an excellent choice for those with limited mobility. The interior features a spacious living and dining room, a sun-drenched glazed terrace and a newly renovated kitchen. The villa has two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a generously sized twin room, all designed and furnished to the highest standard. The shared bathroom is new and has a shower, bath and toilet.

Relaxen unter Spaniens Sonne

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal gelegen in einer sehr ruhigen und auch im Sommer recht grünen Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, allerdings sind einige Renovierungen am Haus und am Pool notwendig. Alles ist sehr sauber und wird vom Vermieter wöchentlich gepflegt. Ein besonderes Lob an den Vermieter: er ist immer telefonisch erreichbar, kümmert sich unverzüglich um alles, worum man ihn bittet. Wir haben hier als Familie zwei wunderbare erholsame Wochen erlebt und selten so nette Vermieter kennengelernt.

Welcome to our home and very own piece of paradise. We are Sarah & Trevor, and we purchased our beautiful Casa Feliz in 2021. We were introduced to Javea through our relatives who had purchased a villa on the Montgo some years earlier and we really fell in love with this little bit of paradise.

Why they chose this property

Buying the house was by no means straightforward as we originally agreed to buy Casa Feliz just at the outbreak of ‘Covid-19’ in March 2019. It meant that the purchase was delayed for over a year.
The wait however was worth it and whilst we must be content with only holidays at the moment our plan is to make Javea and Casa Feliz our permanent home in the future. We both have busy careers in the UK, however now that the house is ours, we plan to live in the house for a while just updating and modernising where we feel it needs it.

What makes this property unique

Casa Feliz will become our place to escape in the future, a peaceful and quiet house where we can close the gate and just relax. Since buying the house both Trevor and I pinch ourselves daily. We are really spoilt with fantastic views, 10 hours of sunshine a day in summer and only 10 minutes by car to the Jávea. You are in great hands with Mark & Christine and please let them know if there is any way you feel we can improve future stays.
