Genieten in Saalbach is a luxurious, spacious apartment in Saalbach, on the Jausern descent and within walking distance of the ski bus stop and various restaurants. From the terrace you have a beautiful view on the mountain peaks and this is a perfect place to spend a holiday in both summer and winter due to the many activities in the region.

Layout holiday home

The luxury apartment is on the second floor of a modern complex in Saalbach. There is a very cozy living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area with a fireplace where there is enough space to sit with the whole group. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 extra people. The bathroom has a bath, a shower and a sauna, so after a day of skiing, just relax in the wellness area. At night you curl up on the couch in front of the crackling fire.

Surroundings

The center of Saalbach and the supermarket are 4 km from the apartment. Enjoy all the beauty that Saalbach and the surrounding area have to offer, both in summer and in winter. Skiing, hiking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, there is plenty to do for young and old.

Especially in winter, Saalbach is a very popular winter sports destination with an extensive ski area together with Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Zell am See.

Heerlijke tijd gehad met 3 volwassenen en 3 kids. Erg mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Erg goede bedden en een mooi groot balkon met fantastisch uitzicht. Erg veel te doen in de omgeving van Saalbach en Hinterglem. Van wandelen, tot jumppark, van lekker eten bovenop de berg tot een dagje MTB downhill rijden. Goed ontvangst en contant met de beheerder, en ook goede service van Droomvilla. Wij hebben genoten.

Compleet genieten

Ruim huis met rondzit, zithoek en ruim balkon. Balkon met ochtendzon en in de middag (helaas) schaduw genoeg zitplaatsen. Twee badkamers waarvan één met heerlijke sauna. Keuken voldoet; helaas slechte koekenpannen en oven die niet goed bakte. Hiervan hebben we melding gemaakt. Heel fijne plek en ook de hond was welkom.Huis staat op een berg(je); om vlak te wandelen moet je dus even met de auto naar “beneden”. Onder aan de berg is een fijn Italiaans restaurant (wel reserveren). En de wasmachine was een bijkomend voordeel met alle sportkleren van het fietsen.
Rondzit aan/in de keuken.
Hond op het balkon.

Schönes Haus kommt langsam in die Jahre

Unser Aufenthalt war schön, was aber mehr an der Gruppe lag. Das Haus ist schön, die Wohnung ebenfalls. Dazu ist sie sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider ist sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sie war auch nicht wirklich sauber. So mussten wir den Backofen und die Herdplatte selbst reinigen, die Klobürsten waren schmutzig genau wie die Geschirrbürste. In beiden Duschen waren die Gummidichtungen locken und verschimmelt, genau wie die Fliesenfugen. Ein gesprungenes und defektes Waschbecken kam hinzu ebenso wie nicht richtig befestigte Handtuchhalter. Das Backblech war so stark verschmutzt, dass wir es gar nicht nutzen konnten und es sich auch nicht reinigen ließ. Geschirrspültabs fehlten ebenso wie beispielsweise ein Toaster. Die Betten waren bequem, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort nett, wir konnten früher als geplant in die Wohnung und sogar etwas länger als geplant drin bleiben.In Summe viele Kleinigkeiten, die man vermutlich gut reparieren / beheben kann.
