Great place and kind host!

This was a great apartment for our time in Napoli. It’s on the outside of the city near a beautiful park so it’s quiet at night, but you can walk to the center in 20 minutes. It has a little kitchen great for cooking as well. The host was super kind and very helpful and check in was very smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Residential experience in Napoli

We stayed 17 days and enjoyed our time in the area. Great seafood restaurants in close distance. Communication with the owner was excellent and always super helpful.It is located behind the beautiful botanical garden. We enjoyed listening to birds singing.

Very good holidays in Napoli and Pompei ! 20 mn on foot from Metro Cavour and Museo (near Historical center)Coming from France, I forgot italian plug adapter. It would be a good idea to remind you of this when booking.

The flat was described on the Vrbo site as a two bedroom flat whereas it is a one bedroom flat. I have been in contact with the owner and this is going to be changed.

Safe Residential Zone Apartment

The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs.

Même si on peut le deviner, il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que le logement est en sous-sol.Réels inconvénients :- grosse nuisance sonore dès 7h, à cause d'une insonorisation inefficace voire absente (circulation)- noir absolu impossible car absence de vrais rideaux occultantsA améliorer :- la SDB qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement,- la clim qui fuit au-dessus de la table,- la chasse d'eau qui fuit et qui de fait est bruyante,- couverts en quantité insuffisante pour 4 personnes- à part un flacon de savon liquide, aucun produit type détergent (heureusement, on n'a pas eu besoin de cuisiner...)Points forts :- communication avec l'hôte - parking (payant) à proximité, vivement recommandé si vous tenez à votre voiture - logement excentré, vous ferez bcp de pas pour éliminer les pizzas que vous aurez mangées

Logement à Naples

L’hôte a bien répondu à nos demandes. L’appartement était propre et avec plusieurs commodités. Cependant, la chambre étant au sous-sol et côté rue, le sommeil en était perturbé. Nous nous devons de signaler qu’énormément de déchets jonchent les rues avoisinantes.

Naples discovery

Mon amie et moi avons passé un bon séjour de 4 nuits. L'appartement était tel qu'indiqué dans l'annonce Peu habituée aux bruits de la ville je voyage toujours avec des boules quies. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'appartement, mais nous avons préféré marcher jusqu'au centre ville ou métro Cavour. 20mn. Le proriétaire a été très disponible, prenant régulièrement de nos nouvelles. L'appartement comprend une petite terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et autres repas dehors au soleil Les voisins sont très prévenants. Il y a juste en face de l'appartement un petit épicier très cordial pour le dépannage. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.
