This is the best priced, 795-square-foot, one-bedroom condominium on the sixth floor in the Luau II Tower. Experience all that Sandestin's newest and highly sought-after beachside condominium. The architecture, amenities, and living features are unmatched. This sixth-floor unit is completely furnished and professionally decorated. It is one of the larger one-bedroom units.

The Luau's barbecue area and swimming pools are located along the stream that winds through the complex with fabulous landscaping. In this beautiful oasis is a swim-under waterfall and a walk-under grotto passageway connecting the pool decks and the heated spa. There is also a fitness center. This unit is now ready to occupy.

Enjoy great accommodations on the shore of Choctawatchee Bay. There you will find variety of water sports, jogging paths, shops, and restaurants at the Village of Baytown Wharf.

In addition, we provide umbrella, beach chairs, and hi-speed internet for our guests.

This is my third time staying at the luau resorts. This time was the best. Loved the room, The view was amazing from the balcony, the amenities are amazing as usual and everything was immaculate. I can't wait to come back next year! If I could give a hundred Stars I would.

Great view of the parking lot. Listing stated they had bikes for guests to use but didn’t. Terrible smell that lingered all week while my son and I were there. The bedroom tv didn’t work.

Prior to your stay, we communicated to you several times through VRBO messaging that we have stopped offering the bikes a few years ago and removed it from our listing. We also followed up with VRBO to make sure the bikes are permanently removed from our listing. We offered 100% refund of your money. The VRBO representative also confirmed that you would receive 100% refund but you decided to stay with us knowing in advance that we do not offer bikes. After you checked out, we sent pictures from housekeeping that there was a violation of our condo rules which you denied. Housekeeping had to spend significant of their time to remove the cigarette smell. You indicated that there was terrible smell all week. We have never had such a complaint in our reviews. Our future guests can review previous guests’ comments regarding the condo conditions and make their own determination. We thank you for staying with us. However, we will not be hosting you in the future due to house rules violation.

Communication was prompt and helpful - place was just as advertised, very close to pool, just a short ride down the elevator and few minute walk to beach. Beach chairs and toys were so great to have! Pack your own beach towels, the only thing I didn’t think to pack. Would recommend for sure!

It would’ve been nice to have some information regarding the amenities at the property like the golf carts, golfing, the shuttle vans we had no information regarding those items also one recommendation is in the bathroom. The tub needs some kind of slip resistant strips on the tub, we almost slipped down a couple of times also back door onto the patio. The lock does not work, but I guess that’s OK cause you’re so high up and some more information regarding the TV in the main room some how to use it how to look for a local channels and things like that.

We appreciate your feedback and have implemented your recommendations - put non-slip mat in the tub, and provide golf rounds booking information from Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in the amenities section. The door to the patio is a storm door. To lock a storm door, pull up on the lever handle first to past the latches, then turn the interior knob to secure it. We will include this information in the check-in information. The TV in the LR is a smart TV. We will look into your recommendation.
