Beautiful

A lovely apartment

The apartment is well located with all the important things within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would stay in this apartment again at any time.

Un séjour très agréable

Paolo est un hôte très accueillant. Très coopératif. L’emplacement est très bon. 10 minutes de marche pour arriver aux plages privés mais on peut se baigner sans problème. Les digues sont également publics. La villa est agréable avec des beaux trois pièces avec une terrasse sympa. Un peu plus de fournitures de cuisine ne dérangeraient pas. Je aurais tendance à penser que l’été en Italie sans clim c’est chaud, les mystiques aussi mais bon Paolo n’y peut rien. Bref je recommande fortement pour la belle villa et pour très sympa hôte ! Merci beaucoup Paolo !

Très bon séjour

Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Appartement confortable, et accueillant. Environnement paisible idéal pour le repos. Le jardin est un plus et la location est très bien située au Lido.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos auf der Website und liegt direkt an einem kleinen Kanal. Von dort kann man abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Zu Fuß sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten bis zu der Vaporetto - Anlegestelle und die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt um die Ecke. Auch der Strand und das Zentrum mit Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir fanden es wunderbar entspannend, nach einem Tag in Venedig abends noch im Meer zu baden. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit dem Garten und haben dort mit Blick ins Grüne gefrühstückt. Abends haben wir oft auf dem kleinen Treppenabsatz gesessen - da passen gerade zwei Stühle hin. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher einfach. Paolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war ein sehr unkomplizierter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich hatte einen Flug am Abend und konnte selbstverständlich meine Sachen tagsüber dort lassen. Vielen Dank dafür! Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Un ottimo weekend

Accoglienza perfetta, abbiamo trascorso due giorni in mezzo alla confusione allegra del carnevale di Venezia, per poi rilassarci in questo tranquillo e accogliente appartamento. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Una bella vacanza con qualche piccolo difetto

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile ma abbiamo avuto qualche piccola divergenza rispetto all'annuncio. In particolare in merito all'aria condizionata che nell'annuncio appariva come presente nell'appartamento ma in realtà non esistente. Pochi e piccoli gli asciugamani, consiglierei teli da doccia più grandi. Per il resto, terrazza molto apprezzata e appartamento ben aerato e ben posizionato.
