Barley Lodge is one of several luxury lodges available at Mossyard which have been exclusively designed for us to provide the ultimate seaside retreat.
Mossyard, home of the McConchie family for five generations, is a working farm situated in a magnificent coastal location four miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet. With a choice of sandy beaches a short walk away, the properties at Mossyard have it all.

The lodge has a wonderfully spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area with doors that open on to a deck overlooking Mossyard beach. Granary Lodge, next door to Barley Lodge, offers the same accommodation, making them ideal properties if you are trying to get together as a group.

There are a large selection of DVD's, books and games for your entertainment and a welcome pack of local produce awaits you on arrival. Accessibility

Barley Lodge is not graded formally for disabled use. We do however take great care in making sure that we offer comfortable accommodation for elderly guests, ambulant disabled and guests with frail mobility. You can drive right up to the door at Barley Lodge. There is a gravel parking area outside the property. There are three steps to get up to the lodge and a low threshold entrance doorway. Once you are inside the lodge the accommodation is all on one level.
