This bright and spacious central apartment for 4, boasts a king size bed in the master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom. It is situated on the second floor of an attractive Georgian town house in Edinburgh’s historic New Town, just 10 mins walk to the city centre. The location manages to blend the benefits of a blissfully quiet street with unrivalled ease of access to the main tourist sites and the area’s independent bars and cafés, designer boutiques, award winning restaurants, and the thriving comedy, music and theatre scene…. all within easy walking distance.
This elegantly appointed apartment has a spacious living/dining room, stylish well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The light and airy bedrooms include quality beds ensuring a great night’s sleep. The in-house laundry facilities make this apartment perfect for a quick city break or as an extended home away from home.

This property is NOT suitable for pets.
The apartment is convenient for both Waverley Train station, and trams to Murrayfield and Edinburgh Airport, as well as having on-street metered parking in front of the property…and free parking at the weekend.
Entrance to this second floor apartment is through a well maintained hallway and stair, complete with an entry phone system. Please note that because of the age of the building, there is no lift to this apartment.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

The apartment on Hart Street was simply lovely. It was cozy, clean, and met our needs for our stay. Eddie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was welcoming and responded very promptly to any messages we sent his way. I highly recommend this property/host and would definitely stay there again.

Super cute, great place to stay in Edinburgh! Close enough for everything, but you feel like you are in a true residental neighborhood. Loved our stay and woupd definitely stay again.

Excellent unit with great access to downtown Edinburgh. Clean and well maintained.Easy communication with hosts.The only (potential) negative was that the unit is on the 4th floor. Access is via a winding staircase.We are a fit bunch so the climb wasn’t an issue. However, the unit’s location wasn’t revealed until the day of entry.For some, the climb would be prohibitive.Again. Great location and unit. Would definitely repeat.

Great stay, location, clean, warm and private for a family of 4. We were close to all the fun and sites and far enough to enjoy the quiet local area. Such a beautiful apartment in the best location. Just out of the heart of the city but close enough to walk everywhere. We loved exploring the local restaurants, including Olive Branch, The Ox pub, and The Conan Doyle. It was a special touch to have Christmas decorations up, making the apartment feel very homely. The comfortable beds and bedding made it a great place to rest after a long day of exploring. Having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus, especially since we’d been travelling for a while. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Edinburgh and couldn’t have asked for a better place to ring in the new year. We’ll definitely be back to this apartment in the future. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

Had a fabulous stay for a week. Apartment felt like a home away from home. Well equipped kitchen, good heating, comfortable beds. The living room and bedrooms are also usually big for a holiday let. The street is very quiet, however, it is only a few minutes walk to major transport links and cafes, pubs etc. I don't usually write reviews but felt this one deserved the time. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location! Quiet street, walking distance to everything, including trams. Easy self check-in and check out. Note, the second floor is two flights up, not just one. Kitchen is fine but lacks a dishwasher. One rather irritating item; the toilet seat did not stay up at all and slammed down if it was not held. The top also slammed down if it was not held up during the flush.

Property was well-maintained and easy to find. Check-in was easy and location was great being close to Calton Hill and New Town, and a pretty walk up to the Royal Mile (3/4 mile) and other site-seeing spots. Convenient small grocery a block away and several restaurants/pubs close by as well.
Eddie with the Reserve Apts staff was quick to reply to any questions. Our flight got in early and he was able to allow us to get into the apartment early which was really great. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
Do know this is a top-floor apartment. Not a problem for us, but just a note to others that you do have two flights of stairs to climb. Only other note is to be sure to bring your own shampoo. There was hand soap, but we needed to make a quick stop at the market for this.
Definitely would stay here again.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gross, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und es war eine reibungslose Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
