Bella casa che necessita di maggiore chiarezza

Il tirolare e’ stato molto gentile e mi ha fornito il pass e trovato nel cortile il posto x la macchina. La casa e’ molto carina e ospitale pero’ una camera da letto (quella col letto a castello) non e’ indipendente bensi’ collegata con la camera matrimoniale x cui chi stava nella camera matrimoniale e doveva andare in bagno passava dalla camera. Questo non e’ segnalato nell’annuncio e ha creato problemi. Inoltre sui letti c’erano i piumoni senza il copripiumone e da un punto di vista igienico non e’ il massimo. Siamo inoltre stati dotati di 3 asciugamani a testa (dimensioni normali) che non ci sono maii stati sostituiti in 9 notti di permanenza

Great location

We liked our stay in that appartment. It's even bigger than it looked in the photos. Clean, simple and authentic. It's close to Piazza Garibaldi with lots of restaurants and evening events, the Castle and really close to the sea (where you can have great morning swimming and sunbathe on the rocks). For sandy beach you have to walk a little bit longer but it's really nice walk along the beautiful promenade. For our family (2 adults and 2 children) it was the perfect location.

Perfect place for family with chidren!

Perfect located in the city center, very close to the sea, resturants, cafes and gelaterias! Walking distance to the beach! We stayed for 6 nights in this apartment and we found it perfect for us and our 3 kids. It is two big bedrooms and a kitchen and diningroom, so a lot of space! close to the house a small public playground. Tankyou fot letting us stay in your apartment, we can really recomend it! Perfect place for family with children

Thanks for staying in your apartment! It was perfect for us and our 3 children. Its very well located, in the citycenter, very close to the sea and walkingdistance to the beach. Its a playground for the kids close to the house and many resturants, cafe's and gelaterias! We stayed for 6 nights and can really recomend the apartment!

Allogggio molto pulito e semplice. Le foto non rendono l'idea. E' in pieno centro di Lerici all'inizio di una scalinata. La posizione è davvero ottima per accedere a tutti i servizi. Quando siamo arrivati ci ha accolto il proprietario spiegandoci tutti i dettagli e le proposte della cittadina per l'estate. E' molto disponibile. Unica cosa su cui il proprietario è molto rigidi....NON vuole che si fumi in casa neanche sul ciglio della finestra Consigliatissimo

special welcome. The owner made us get the ferry and train lines for the 5 lands. The house is clean, there are 5 beds. And 'in the center - as indicated on the site. And 'close to all services. The prorpietario lives upstairs for anything so you can refer to him. The house is clean. Near all'appartamentro there are two beaches and a private furnished free. That is really private to two hundred meters from the apartment. The bedroom is very bright. the one with the bunk bed is less so. However, the apartment is pretty cool. ottima accoglienza e alloggio centrale

consigliato L'alloggio è grande; arredato in modo semplice. E' molto pulito. E' in centro ed è veramente a 100 metri dal mare; è vicinissimo a tutti i servizi. Il proprietario ricorda - appena arrivi - che non vuole che si fumi in casa, neanche dalla soglia della finestra. Il paese è splendido. Unica pecca il parcheggio. Puoi scaricare i bagagli sotto casa ma poi devi portare la macchina fuori dal paese.

Questa proprietà si trova veramente vicino al mare ed è in centro città. Tutti i servizi sono vicini. Unico problema è il parcheggio !!!!

vicino al mare. La prima spiaggia privata (un po' cara) si trova a 100 metri. Le spiagge libere si trovano a 350 metri dall'abitazione. Da Lerici però si può andare a Tellaro, Maralunga e San Terenzo. Tre frazioni bellissime
