Lovely place to stay and just perfect for what we needed. Even managed to sit on the balcony to eat breakfast one morning and in October thats lucky. Only thing that people should be aware of is that the lanes to get there are narrow. Doesn't take away how great the place is, but my wife wouldn't drive around there.

My husband and I had an enjoyable stay at the Boathouse, over 4 days in September. We loved the quiet location of Gorran Haven, with a short walk to the beach, chip shop and cafe. The Boathouse had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the decking area, with a stunning seaview, as well as star gazing in the evening.Communication from Will was spot on, providing all the information we needed for a smooth check in and stay. We highly recommend the Boathouse and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Gorran Havan (or perhaps Heavan)

The Boatshed is exactly as shown in the photos. Well-equipped. Everything functioning as it should. Space used with great efficacy. Comfortable and easily convertible for day and night use. I would hate to draw too much attention to this little town which appears to be a bit of a secret - but it is truly lovely.

A little piece of tranquility

The beautiful little ‘Boatshed’ has everything needed for a perfect stay in the gorgeous village of Gorran Haven. Attention to detail was fabulous ensuring every home comfort and need was catered for. The only negative about this little place is getting too attached, it truly did become our home for the duration of our stay. Communication with the owner was so slick and efficient when we enquired about an additional day. And the parking space was the icing on the cake. The Boatshed will definitely be on our favourite list for a return visit.
