Set in the pretty costal village of Pentewan with views of the valley, 4 minutes walk from the soft sandy beach is Anneth Lowan. Completed to the highest standard, with the latest appliances and furnishings. No expense has been spared with best quality fluffy towels and crisp white linen to relax into.
The accommodation is ideal for all seasons with a light open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with underfloor heating throughout. There is an attractive terrace with table, chairs and BBQ for al fresco dining. The lounge area boasts a 'Stressless' reclining sofa and chair, a large wall mounted Smart TV. Free Wifi.
The kitchen is well equipped with the latest Meile appliances and all the mod cons you will require. A welcome goody basket awaits your arrival, welcome after a long journey.
There is safe parking at the property for one car. The property is attached to our family home, we are generally on hand for any questions and ideas for days out.

We feel Pentewan village has so much to offer, we live on site with the holiday let being attached to the main property. We are happy to share tips on the best places to eat and lovely areas to visit.

Regret no dogs as we have chickens.
This area is popular for all, beach goers and walkers and offers many local attractions around the Cornish Riviera.
Within the village there are a couple of cafes close to Anneth Lowan offering tasty breakfasts, also lunches and Cornish cream teas. The Local pub 'The Ship Inn' serves excellent local ales, evening meals and lunches. ‘Into The Woods’ retro bar.
There is cycle hire within the village as well as Ocean Sports for buying or hiring anything for the water.

This location is amazing for people who want a luxury accommodation located in a beautiful area close to other well known Cornwall visitor attractions. The hosts were everything you could wish for… we would say amazing. They were welcoming and respectful of our privacy.
This is the view from the lounge area.. a beautiful sun soaked area to enjoy the properties vista.

Property is wonderful, spotlessly clean, in a good spot for Cornwall adventures. Lovely pub and little cafes in the village.. thank you to Arthur and Katrina for the goodies on arrival much appreciated.We loved the little village. and a bonus having a beach within 5 mins walk.

Cream of Cornwall

We stayed at Anneth Lowan for 7 nights in May and had a wonderful time. The property is compact and perfect for 2, set in a lovely garden which we were welcomed to enjoy. It is beautifully decorated and maintained, impeccably clean. It contains an amazing range of utensils and equipment nothing had been overlooked. The option to fully self cater to a high standard is possible.The location is ideal to tour Cornwall although situated in such a picturesque village there is no need to venture far. We certainly hope to return in the near future.

Best self catering accommodation weve stayed in !

This is a great place to stay ,very clean and comfortable .,the hosts Katrina and Arthur are lovely and have thought of everything with their accommodation, including a lovely welcome hamper.Only a short walk to the beach and good location to explore from .The local pub The Ship serves great food and staff are very friendly .we would highly recommend this holiday home !

Lovely place.

We enjoyed a one week break here and found the location perfect for enjoying a good quality beach, pub, cafes and all the main sites, including the Eden Project and stunning costal walks. The property was very clean and well equiped with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Katrina and Arthur are wonderful hosts and provided a warm welcome, along with helpful information about the local area and attractions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect base for a break in South Cornwall

Property was modern, clean and very well equipped. Pentewan is a beautiful location with a lovely sandy bay. Ideal base for a holiday in South Cornwall with the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey, Falmouth and Charlestown all relatively close by.

Luxurious accommodation everything you could need for a peaceful comfortable stay,owners go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one.The facilities were first class welcome basket Prosecco toiletries all very much appreciated.Best accommodation we have stayed in &will be returning,it felt like home from home,our reasoning when we go away is why pay for something less than we have at home&this lovely place certainly lived up to that,great location friendly village&good pub with hard working landlady &staff.Our thanks go to Katrina&Arthur for making our stay a memorable one.

We've had a really lovely week in an immaculate apartment, beautifully situated in Pentewan, an ideal location for exploring Cornwall. The hosts, Katrina and Arthur were most helpful in suggesting places of interest and imparting some local knowledge with regards to parking etc. The welcome pack provided was much appreciated and the homemade scones enjoyed upon our arrival. We can't recommend highly enough!

Modern apartment attached to owner's house. Approach up narrow deadend lane but parking space on property. Very well-quipped kitchen and bathroom. Read instructions carefully for cooking units - microwave does everything but make a cuppa. Very small beach at Pentewan with narrow hill or bridge access to village. Recommend for couple only but very comfortable for two.

Perfection

For any couple who is in need of a place to stay to unwind and shed the day to day pressures .. Then this is the place you need to be. This Holiday let is finished to the highest standards with all the appliances one needs for a home from home. Katrina and Arthurs kindness and attention to detail is second to none which includes the lovely welcome gift of cream tea and bubbles ..What better way to start your Cornish hols..... There is also parking within the grounds of the let which enables you to park up and leave the vehicle whilst you take the 2-3 min walk to the beach or should you choose to take one of the many coastal or woodland walks all within a hop skip or half a jump from the holiday let... Pentewan is a beautiful unspoilt village which is well worth a visit especially if you are able to stay at this fabulous holiday let... Thank you to Katrina and Arthur for making our stay such a pleasurable one only negative point was we were only there for a week :) Jules and Mick Hall

Perfect Accommodation

We rented the apartment for a long weekend over my birthday and were so pleasantly surprised. I have grown up visiting Pentewan and have stayed in a lot of the other cottages which are better catered to families and larger groups but this property was absolutely ideal for two. When we booked the property it was with the attitude that we were going to be on holiday so would hardly need to be there so it didn't matter what it was like. However, we ended up really enjoying spending time in the property as it was homely, comfortable, quiet and very modern and tastefully decorated. It felt very unusual to look forward to going home every night while on holiday but we really did! In terms of facilities this apartment has EVERYTHING we could have wanted, from umbrellas to underfloor heating. The attention to detail is excellent and you can tell that the property has been very well thought through and finished to a high standard. The appliances are all new, and the wifi signal is strong. Katrina and Arthur were lovely and we felt that they were always there if we needed anything. They had also, very kindly left us a few items such as some delicious scones and a bottle of prosecco which we drank before going out for my birthday. We thought this was such a lovely, thoughtful thing to do. In terms of location, we were about two minutes walk from the pub and three minutes walk from the beach. We were only coming for a few nights and so came by train which was fine because we wanted to relax and stay local and Mevagissey is within walking distance if you're feeling energetic. Next time we visit Anneth Lowan we hope to bring the car or hire one and explore some of the rest of Cornwall. We were talking about returning to the property from our very first night there so it clearly made an impression on us. I think we actually felt quite emotional having to leave as we had grown quite attached to it. We will certainly be recommending Anneth Lowan to our friends and families.
