Farmhouse consisting of a house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, courtyard with pergola, tables and barbecue, brand new swimming pool and Balboa whirlpool and large panoramic veranda.
The house is rented as a whole, individual rooms are not booked;
therefore also the swimming pool and whirlpool are for the exclusive use of the group making the reservation;
all the rooms have been recently renovated, the 3 bedrooms are all equipped with bathroom with shower, air conditioning (for a fee, 20 euros per day), mosquito nets; in total there are beds for 9 people between adults and children;
The agriturismo is immersed in a large olive grove at the top of the Larciano-Pistoia hill, on Montalbano;
there is a swimming pool located in a panoramic area, just built with a garden, sunbeds and deck chairs;
large panoramic terrace with whirlpool, also new, garden sitting area, umbrellas and sunbeds; in front of the house is present
pergola with tables and built-in barbecue;
At check-in, a deposit of 200 euros will be requested against any damage, which will be refunded at checkout
moreover, starting from 1 January 2024, guests must pay the tourist tax of the municipality of Larciano of 1.5 euros per night per person in cash; the sum will be paid entirely to the municipality.
